I had not been here in many years but it was just as good if not better then I remember! We made a reservation for 8pm the night after a big storm so to our surprise we were the only people there. I felt a lil bad but they were super nice and obviously very attentive to us haha! I got the duck which was absolutely amazing! My mom got the filet which I tried and it was some of the most tender & delicious bites of steak ive had in awhile. The bread pudding & chocolate cake were also fantastic! A must visit if youre in the area but also so good its worth a drive!

It was good. I have been wanting to try for some time and I’m glad I did. The lobster ravioli was good, but very sweet. The crab cake and Caesar was good. The Rib Eye was cooked perfectly, but was very very thin. It was $54 and was bone in so I guess I was expecting a little more. Service was spot on and drinks were great.

I’m a big fan of @whatdidyoueattodaysir on Instagram as Mike never leads me astray when it comes to his food reviews. Since 9 Elm was his #1 sit down restaurant in 2025 I had to give this place a try. Let me tell you… 9 Elm is a winner. Let me roll through the food line up first. Starters: Short Rib Ravioli, French Onion Soup. Mains: Swordfish & Duck Brest. Desert: Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee. One of my favorite things about each of these items is that there was a little twist, addition, or flavor to each item you don’t normally expect but they all hit. The smokey bacon flavor in the risotto paired with the Duck. The beef-like croutons in the french onion soup, or the truffle flavor risotto with the swordfish. Our waitress, Jillian, was a superstar, knowledgable and personable. No notes! I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a special dinner experience.

I went there once with my team, and the service they provided, incredibly unforgettable. I appreciate the NINE ELM team and their effort in providing us the best service they could. The place by the time, was taking reservations only, which it wasn’t an issue. Also, it’s a nice, cozy and small place you can enjoy your night.
Best,

Me and my 3 sisters ate their last Saturday, from the appetizers, main course and dessert it was impeccable!!! The food is delicious there, I could cut my filet with a butter knife. Everyone loved their meals, 9 Elm is one of the best restaurants on the North Shore.. You won’t be disappointed.

Chill environment, great place for a date night! Food was spot on. The lamb special was melt in your mouth kind of good. Creme brulee hit the spot. Drinks on point. Service was great on top of things but not pushy in any way. Very professional but friendly.

We went for a birthday dinner. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with “Happy Tuesday!” by a couple of lovely hostesses. Until that day, I don’t think I had ever heard that from someone who actually meant it before. Our waitress was also very friendly. The drinks and the food were all great. We had the special boned in ribeye. I asked for the white truffle whipped potatoes and it was simply the best mashed potato I have ever had. I’m so glad we found this place. Looking forward to going back soon!

To be honest, I wasn’t overly impressed. We do dine out quite often and the food was just mediocre. Seemed like the waitress was just going through the motions. This will probably be a one and done, unfortunately. Friends of ours said this is their go to. I’m thinking I’ll give them some names of restaurants in the area.
