Stopped in today and had a great experience. Jake was extremely friendly, efficient, and made the whole ordering process smooth. He was attentive to detail with my bowl and made sure everything was prepared well.
Customer service like this definitely stands out — he had a great attitude and kept things moving even while it was busy. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the customer experience.
Really appreciate the positive service today. Hope to see him continue to move up!

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was spectacular, fresh, flavorful, and easily one of the best meals I’ve had at Qdoba. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the incredible service from Toro Giang. Toro was extremely attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. He had such a positive, cheerful attitude and made the whole experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. Because of both the amazing food and Toro’s outstanding service, this was a 10/10 visit for me. I’ll definitely be coming back and I hope Toro is working when I do!

I experienced awful service at this location. Ordered bowls and kids meals. They loaded the bowl with rice and less vegetables &chicken. Rice was terrible to eat. It was not even half cooked (it was grainier and felt I was eating rice that was soaked in water rather than cooked. Everything went into garbage.
And in kids meal they gave milk in one of the orders when I ordered a juice.
Can’t even store the milk because it expires in 1 day (11/23/2025)
And the chips in kids meal were smelling oil. They might have been stored for a long period.
This is terrible service and I’ll never go back tho this location on Big Beaver.

10/10 everytime I go ! Tables are always clean, the food is always fresh and full, and the staff are always friendly—shoutout Toro for being so nice—I also love the ambiance with the warm lighting and background music, makes for a really nice casual place. I would rather have QDOBA over chipotle everyday, especially since the portion is much better here. I come here almost weekly for a pick me up, I recommend the pork birria and white rice bowl~

I come here for lunch a lot, I normally never have any issues with coming here. I’m not sure what today was any different. I came in asked for a min bowl, everything went fine until we got to the pico. I asked for everything with juice to be drained when ordering. The Caucasian female with really bad acne began to scoop and sloppily throw the pico on the bowl. I asked for it to be remade and she literally stood there as if she couldn’t comprehend what I was asking. The cashier had to step in and continue talking for the girl. When the bowl got made over we were at the sour cream and other sauces. I asked for them on the side she began to put sour cream on the bowl anyway. If I wasn’t in a rush, I honestly would’ve asked for it to be remade again simply because when the lid goes on the sour cream will stick to lid when I take the lid off. I now feel some type of way and won’t be back.

The worst thing about qdoba as a franchise is that the quality of the chips varies wildly across locations. I don’t know if it’s old fry oil or what, but this location normally has gross chips. All the other food is great. Service is good. Tables are generally dirty but that’s fairly standard for qdobas. I prefer the 13&Woodward store

The workers were all super friendly, but that was the only good thing. The floors were sticky. But I could have handled that if the chips I got weren’t AWFUL. Pretty sure they are just a big bag of frozen chips that get thrown in a warmer. My car actually smelled like old flour, then I got hone and tasted the chips to realize why. Texture not stale – flavor OLD. I threw the whole bag away. Waste of food and money. Yuck.

My partner and I stopped by as I had never tried Qdoba. I definitely will be coming back, Daniella made the whole process super easy and comfortable. As a AUdhd customer, it’s not easy for me to try new places and environments. I felt comfortable and it was not very busy the whole time we sat and ate. They’ve made a repeat customer of me! The restaurant was clean and pretty organized as well. They’ve got a great team and good food. That’s all you can really ask for.

In the past I haven’t liked my food. Which is my fault I choose the ingredients for my burrito. But I decided to try Qdoba again and today I finally loved my burrito. Which was all thanks to DLO’s help. After I told him about my past experiences he went slow with me and even let me sample things! He made sure I didn’t get anything with cilantro! He was super awesome and I appreciated him so much! DLO was the kindest and most patient cashier I ever had this location. Also the cashier Toro was very cute.
