I ordered a pizza online from the Sullivan location and was provided updates. Supposedly a delivery driver was in my neighborhood 34 minutes later and would deliver it shortly. An hour and 15 minutes later, still no pizza. I called the store, canceled the order and requested a refund. The person who answered verified my order and info and did not apologize or say anything other than my refund would be received within the next 2-5 business days. I probably won’t order from this location again.

Our pizza was delivered to the wrong address. When we called the store they connected us with the delivery driver. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, and kept on insisting that he had delivered to the right address and it was our fault. When we asked him questions about what our building looked like and our door, he got it all wrong and tried lying to us. Talked to the manager who was also extremely rude and unprofessional and got a refund. We drove over to the wrong building we suspected him to have dropped it off at (which he swore he didnt) and sure enough it was there. Got a free pizza but not worth the idiotic management style and driver. I definitely won’t ever go back, and im advising everyone else to steer clear.

I have given this store many chances to get our orders right. I have a family of 5 and we order 3-4 times a month. The last 3 orders have either been wrong, poor quality, or cold. I know Dominoes isn’t fancy or gourmet or whatnot, but pizza should be delivered hot and take enough care to make sure the order is right. And if you get giant bubbles that make the pie look like a moon crater, don’t send it. Make a new one. I’ll be doing carry out from the Liberty lake store from here on out. The Sullivan store just isn’t good anymore.

This was the worse pizza I have received from this location. The pizza bubbled in the oven and the bubble was so big that only 1/2 of the pizza was edible. It should’ve been remade. I also ordered light sauce and this pizza had extra sauce. I was very disappointed in this order

I like the fact that they have seating here. I usually take my pizza to go, but if I wanted to hang out and eat there it is good to know I can.
Despite what some of the Karens try to bs about, the food has always been solid here, and every employee I have interacted with has been friendly.
Prices are reasonable, and I usually don’t have to wait long for my order. Give this spot a try, it is better than some make it out to be.

I downloaded the app wanting the $9.99 any crust and toppings deal and couldn’t find it on the app. To hard to navigate thru. So I called and checked on specials and still got a large 3 topping for 9.99 but it was wrong. I ordered sausage, mushroom and olive and it came with sausage, pepperoni and mushroom? It’s still good pizza but even my receipt said what I asked for in my order.
Of course I’ll b back but probably check my pizza next time and as for the app? I uninstalled it.

Last month we had ordered pizzas add a bacon chicken ranch sandwich when I open up my sandwich it was uneven burnt and there’s probably four or five pieces of chicken call complaint they said they could bring send out another one or I’ll have credit for a sandwich neither one of those things happen just ordered from them and try to get my free chicken sandwich there’s no record of it Domino’s your service is less than zero how you talk to your customers is disrespectful your companies going to have just like Corporate America.
