Wow. The renovations of Heatherfields didn’t stop at the truly decor (which was absolutely beautiful).
I got the Smoked Pork Sweet Potato Hash for breakfast and it was truly one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Packed with flavor and so so tasty. Wish I took a picture because it was plated wonderfully as well!
The staff was so kind and friendly – Eric was attentive, gave good recommendations, and was just overall a really pleasant person to interact with at 7am.
10/10 recommend.

Went for brunch! Yay coke products- had avocado toast which was delicious- poached egg was perfect with chili crunch and lovely microgreens. So yummy. Hubby had the hash which was spot on! – sweet potatoes were so darn good and Krispy kale- damn delicious. What a surprise! We will be back and can’t wait for new year’s bash. Also gave a cute thank you at check out- wildflower seeds! Love the attention to detail.

Rating for Bay Valley Lounge. They get an A for atmosphere. Get ready for an 80s vibe. Some would say it needs updating but I liked it. Food is made in house and was good. Burger a bit too salty for my liking but fish n chips was good.

We went for valentines dinner. Our first experience. The restaurant was cold with air blowing on us. The food portions were so very small. The salmon was good but needed a little more sauce or sauce on the side. The waitress was terrible. We had to ask her for every single course she would say they are backed up then she would go and get it. The drinks were also terribly slow despite being simple highball. The renovations are pretty and the hostess greeted us, but should have come back towards the end of the meal. Entertainment was good.

We’ve eaten here several times since they reopened & reintroduced new menus. The food is not only aesthetically pleasing to look at, but it is delicious! We have never been disappointed. This restaurant and hotel has acquired Kerice Basmadjian to help run operations, and is blessed to have her. She brought with her a fantastic chef that is constantly revamping the menu & creating culinary masterpieces.
While it is true that the resort is in a state of rejuvenation and restoration, the dining space and food is top notch. I’d be shocked to hear that anyone is displeased with their food!

My new favorite place in the area. Five of us had lunch there and everything was great – from the fantastic service and kindness by Eric to the delicious food – not to mention the fun! Everything we had was great. We were there while some of the building was still being renovated so it was very chilly but the warmth of the service helped. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a delicious meal there Friday. Walleye dinner with asparagus and rice pilaf, and I had a spicy chicken with crispy rice and asian slaw. Both were delicious!! For dessert we took home panna cotta. That was awesome. So smooth and creamy. We look forward to returning.
