I ordered two different sandwiches and received two turkey sandwiches instead.
My order was:
• #7 Turkey & Provolone (correct)
• #13 The Original Italian (giant)
What I actually got:
• One turkey sandwich
• Another turkey sandwich — on rosemary parm bread, which I didn’t order at all
I didn’t notice until I opened it at dinner time, which meant it was too late to do anything about it.
I understand mistakes happen. But this wasn’t a complicated order — it required someone to literally read the ticket. Customers shouldn’t have to unwrap and rewrap their food just to verify that the bare minimum was done correctly.
Disappointing experience, especially given the price and how simple this should’ve been.

I got off work and wanted a sandwich from here. I went ahead and ordered it for pickup. It was all ready to go once i arrived. The guy behind the counter was really nice. I love coming to this location because everybody is very friendly.

I ordered the #9 and my husband the #13 mikes way.
It was so hard to eat because the sauce made the bread and all ingredients slimy. The bread on my husband’s sandwich was inedible/falling apart. The quality of the meats used also did not impress us, seemed to be cheap cuts. To top it off I’m pretty sure the sandwich upset both of our stomachs. The workers were friendly, nothing against them.

Brand new store. Going to be honest, I think Jersey Mike’s is overpriced and overrated. That said the staff was excellent and made a great sandwich. I’ve never understood why they put it in a bag and twist it off just so I can sit down and take it out and eat it. Seems wasteful. If you love freshly sliced subs, this is your place.
