Every time I go to this location, there’s a problem. Yesterday I order my total was 6.48 . I give him a $20 . He gives me back $13 and I ask where’s my change. He tells me he has no change . I said so I just loose the .52 cents . I can get a manager he says. Then I get pulled up to the other side and waited over 15 min for cold nasty food . These mangers are paid to hold employees accountable at these fast food places in this town . Please do . Because almost all the fast foods here are awful..

The food was good,but the host 20023 overcharged me. I ordered a $5 meal with 3 pieces of chicken,mashed potatoes and biscuit. I told her I wanted a drink and peppers separately. 2 jalapeños and the drink was $4.68 she charge me $5.43 for 3 pieces of chicken and I went home not knowing my potatoes and biscuit weren’t included so I went back she wanted to argue as I told her that she told me with the $5 deal I could add 2 sides but she charged me an extra $5.43 for potatoes and a biscuit. So I paid right at $15 for my meal,but it’s ok I really try to be respectful so I just paid and left.

Chicken fingers were tiny! No dipping sauce was in the order, after asking us which one. No biscuit. One spoon for 2 of us to use with 2 cole slaw and red beans rice dishes. Had to pull up and wait. 2nd time being disappointed at this Sylacauga location. $29. Is a lot of money spent, to not be somewhat satisfied.

Been several months since I ate there and decided to give another try today. Cashier kept asking me what I wanted then walked off as I was telling her. Did the same to the couple in front of me. When I finally got her attention they were out of chicken at 11:30 on a Friday. Walked out to Bojangles and the experience there was first class. They even had chicken. I love Popeyes but the Sylacauga branch has issues with staff. If I owned it I would want someone to tell me.

Cashier tried to charge $27 for a $21 order. Manager had to cancel order and ring up correctly. Temporary ac was blasting make restaurant freezing cold. Staff were either hanging out in seating area (2) looked like a study hall area or hanging around outside (4-5), some looking at a car in the parking area. Driveway had massive pothole. Food was basic. Don’t recommend.

First, we waited 27 minutes for our food after being told it would be a 15 minute wait. The girl that brought the food out asked if we had the 12 piece family bundle so we assumed we had a box with 12 pieces. Nope. Only 9 were in the box. What a disappointment!

Just a month ago, I rated this five stars. This restaurant is definitely becoming hit or miss. Cleanliness is no longer a priority and there are ALWAYS too many people in the kitchen and NONE cleaning the lobby and tables.
They obviously need new managers that care.

Food was good. Ice machine is down everytime we eat here so you get very little ice from the counter person with your drink. Bathroom was filthy. No tissue, no paper towels and the hand blower was out of order. We ate inside and the staff was acting like they were at a party. Loud and cursing every other word. Probably gonna wrap it up for me until there’s new management.

Throw the entire store away! Drive-thru order, cook in the back screaming 15min on chicken ok that is fine. Ok pull up $11.70 two piece dark. Order placed 839pm. They pull me up after paying for my food. Im waiting patiently. Employee comes out takes his shirt off stretches for a good 3min puts his shirt back on, goes in sits down has himself a drink. Still waiting….. 20 min goes by I go in. Drive thru girl says mam you can’t come in lobby is closed, fine but you give me my order or my money! Two girls is asking what he do with the two piece this lady been waiting for ever. Man in the back oh damn I aint drop the chicken. Lady comes from the back omg are you serious man I am so embarrassed. Ma’am you wanna wait 12 min for your chicken? No I’ve waiting 23min now. Mind you the entire store looks awful every worker in the front just standing around on their phone. Mop water looks like it’s been sitting for days. Food all on the table counters. They had 0 orders when I placed mine and still didn’t have 1 order after mine. Finally the lady says you want a refund? YES REFUND ME! CAUSE I WILL NOT EVER STOP & WASTE MY HARD EARNED MONEY, FROM LOOKS OF THE INSIDE JUST THROW THE ENTIRE STORE AWAY! THE ENTIRE STORE! ITS AWFUL. SHOULD’VE ASHAMED. DO NOT GO THERE. YOU WILL BE UPSET. ITS DISGUSTING INSIDE THE LOBBY, FRONT COUNTER, I DO NOT SEE HOW THE HELL THAT PLACE IS STILL IN BUSINESS.
