Does this look appetizing to you? Burnt pizza and hard crust. If you try calling the store they direct you to an operator which has no idea what’s happening. When they transfer you to the store all you get is ads and then a few rings to being hung up on every time avoid this Pizza Hut!

I was charge 3 dollars for an extra toppings and they didn’t even try to put our money’s worth. The laziness. They didn’t even cut the pizza all the way through. Try harder pizza hut. Very unsatisfied. Not going to this location again.

It all started with me ordering online. I could swear on my life I chose delivery. Waited 40min thinking they were busy and I wasn’t in a rush. An hr went by I called in and they said my order has been ready but it was under carryout. Picked up my food. Served my 6yo some boneless wings while I ate my pizza. Went to take a bite of a wing and felt something weird. Spit it out and found a gooey rotten chicken wing with a foul smell- immediately was sick to my stomach after realizing my 6yo was just eating some. Called the store and the cashier had zero empathy and offered store credit or a new order. I declined because I wanted the $16 dollars I paid back and asked to speak to a manager to advise to take a look at their inventory. The cashier chuckled and said he was the manager- he definitely wasn’t the manager when I picked up my order. The pizza hut hotline lady said she would have someone email me back but couldn’t even get my contact info right and I have no confirmation of the conversation like she said I would receive. I will be contacting the health inspection when they are back from the holidays.

This pizza cut location took my phone order and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later, they had somehow lost my order and had not started making the pizza. I was feeding 16 boys and had a time constraint so it was extremely inconvenient to waste another 15 minutes waiting. The order somehow never made it to the computer. They were not busy, mine was their only order. They were not apologetic, they simply offered to make the pizzas at that time. I had no choice but to wait.

I was really hungry last night. I didn’t have a chance to eat all day. I went to Pizza Hut restaurant in Torrance.
When I walked into the restaurant, one
young man greeted me with a smile.
He said that they have a special for the
large size pizza with one topping.
I didn’t want a large size, but it would be cheaper to order a special large pizza than medium-sized pizza.
He was friendly, and he helped me to
select my pizza. I ordered a special large cheese pizza to go.
After that, when I tried to pay with a credit card, I wrote a tip for $2.00.
And he asked me if I wrote $50 for the tip? Then, I looked carefully at what
I wrote for the tip. He was right. It did look like $50 instead of $2.00.
I realized that he was joking about the tips. He was funny, and he had a sense of humor.
Anyway, I had to wait for my order so I
went outside for a while.
When I went back to pick up my pizza,
I gave him $5.00 for the tip. I told him, “Here is your $50 for your tip.” Then, I left the store.
Later, I came home and tried my cheese pizza. When I opened the box, it was cheese stuffed pizza. It was cheesy, and
tasty. I loved Pizza Hut stuffed cheese pizza. Also, the best customer service with a great sense of humor. ha ha ha!!!
If you are pizza lovers , I would like to recommend this Pizza Hut restaurant to everyone.

Loved it! The app was very easy to download and use. I love the rewards program and I was able to apply my points to my order as well. After placing my order I was able to use the order tracker and get text updates. Our delivery guy Darren was awesome. He was very friendly and followed specific delivery instructions as we requested. To top it off the food was great the kids loved every bit of it.

I ordered a pizza, wings & pasta for delivery and it never showed up. The App stated it would be delivered by 9:41pm. I call the location at 10:15pm asking what was the delay and the woman asked for my name and number. She said she didn’t have it on file. I explained that’s impossible because I have my app here says it was to be delivered at 9:41pm and she then asked me to hold. I’m Literally still on hold and it’s been 9 minutes and 32 seconds. Definitely too long if I had time to write this while waiting for her to come back. Stay tuned and I’ll let you know if she ever returns.

P.S.- my credit card was already charged.

first of all the web site is unuseable. tried to use it for 1/2an hour and ended up calling order in. had a $25 gift card that unfriendly counter help couldnt get to work,they just kept sliding it ,even though it didnt work even after suggesting to put in the numbers which they finally did after 20 minutes. asked for some pepper flakes but was told its an additional $1.30 . suggested they throw the dog a bone for the delay, but no. not going back , Dominos down the street is just as good ,cheaper and their web site is functionable

Drive called me, I told them to check in with the security that I am on my way up to the booth, to pick up from her since i am at a place of business. She left my pizza with security, meaning another person touching my food. She was gone, No way was the conversation telling her to leave the food with him. All visitors must check in with security. Who knows how long before I would have been notified it was there with security. In the special instructions it said to check in with security. not to leave with security.
