First and last time ordering from here, the pizza came out looking burned, but looks may be deceiving. Once I got home, the crust was burnt and as soon as I grabbed a piece, the toppings fell off in one hard burnt cheese crusted hard layer. Someone left this pizza in the oven to long and I had to pay for it. Will I go pass all the other places to buy a pizza to go to this one. No, they knew this pizza was burnt and they still sent it home with me.

Not sure what happened here but the last time we got the broasted chicken it was so salty we couldn’t even finish it. Their chicken and jojos used to be my favorite but I don’t know if I want to risk another wasted meal that tastes like someone accidentally dumped a jar of salt into the mix.

Waited an hour for our pizza (dinner) to be ready and I am very frustrated and upset that my pizza is very over cooked. It’s mostly burned. I decided to not go back in and get it red made, because since this was our dinner I could not wait for a new one and still have to wait another hour. Please do better next time.

I’ve been dreaming of my Sbarro pizza (oozing and gooey cheese and sauce) but we don’t have it any more here… Chico Pizza and chicken has the best pizza in town out of all the pizzas here… And they have bubbles in the crust and it’s fresh and hot and light and airy great sauce too thank you….
