Fumbles the ball on the day of the big game.
Scheduled an order to pick up today an hour and half before super bowl, I arrive and the store is completely mobbed (as expected) over 50-60 people waiting inside and out
BUT they had no system or digital board for order status, they were just calling out names. I waited 20min outside and 30min inside, my order never got called and all the employees could tell me is they were working on my order.
Never received my order. Will be calling for a refund tomorrow.

My husband went to pick up our order. He approached the counter and without saying anything the man at the counter rudely said “no bathroom for you bro”. My husband surprised said “what? I’m here for a pick up.” I can only assume that based on appearance this worker thought my husband was going to ask to use the bathroom. He is very upset by this rude encounter and I implore you to train staff to be welcoming of all people. We will not be ordering from here again we’re very disappointed. You embarrassed him in front of your staff and other customers.

I ordered 12 wings and a side of fries,by phone when I arrived to the store to pick it up I found the fries where cold, i immediately returned the fries thinking they would dispose of them since my hand was on them, the person making fries took my old fries that i just touched and threw them back into the grease with the other fries ( which is nasty) I refused the refried fries and demanded fresh fries, which they gave me, but some poor person received the refried fries that I already touched , very unsanitary, today I have diarrhea that only happens when I eat unclean food. I called to speak with a manager the person on the phone couldn’t speak clear English so I didn’t get to speak to a manager. I will never Eat from that location there again!!!!!! My friends and I ordered a large pack of chicken with four flavors: Atomic, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Cajun, and Garlic Parmesan. We enjoyed all of the flavors, although Cajun was not as good as the other three. I am not saying that Cajun is bad, but the Garlic Parmesan was delicious and Atomic was actually hot. The Hickory Smoked BBQ was also very sweet too. The fries are also heavenly. You get addicted after one fry and you will continue on an endless eating frenzy. The services was also great. Not only were the foods fresh and hot, but it arrived at a reasonable pace and time! Definitely reccomend and I plan on coming back to try the other flavors too.

First time here ever! Never knew Rick Ross made it to the island!
We went all out as far as ordering. They were understaffed but did the best the could! They were also out of Wet BBQ Seasoning not dry.
Everything was great! Fries were on point! No cold food! Wish the staff would have given more then 2 packets of ketch up with our order. We also didn’t get napkins but you need them for sure!
Again not upset they were very understaffed. That is not their fault!
We were so hungry forgot to take pics till later on! See receipt for as we went all out for 2 people lol.

Do not order here I can’t even say that it was one thing wrong it was three things and it is not worth the price. Medford has a wing place so much better. This locations needs way better customer service is all I’m going to say.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and wings. Nice enough restaurant inside, nice and cool inside too. Cashier was nice and helpful. Few people were eating inside but many customers picking up their orders.

I can understand that Superbowl Sunday is a very busy day for all food establishments. But management should be more than capable of making an executive decision to not take any more orders than what can be handled. I placed my order on 2/13/22 at 3:45PM, I went according to the count down on the app. I arrived at 5PM and encountered a mob of people who like me, placed their order hours, if not days ago to then be misled and disappointed. I waited in line in the harsh weather along with everyone else to hopefully hear my name being called out but to my surprise and disappointment, 5PM orders were still being processed. I made several attempts to call the establishment and was able to finally get a hold of someone on the phone to only be told that they were still working on 5PM orders and to call back at 8PM if I wanted to a refund. This is a case of poor management, and I cannot blame the staff. Why keep accepting orders when you know that you will not be able to fulfill them on time? The manager should have been out there in the cold with everyone else providing correct information and calling out the names of the orders rather than the good customers who were cold and misled calling out the names of the orders. Looks this establishment is notorious in hosting this kind of chaos every year.
