I came for the first time on a Saturday and was back again on Tuesday ( would have been Monday if not for the blizzard!) Food and vibe is amazing. Mauricio makes a killer Lychee Martini and the basil fried rice is a must try. Run don’t walk to Bangkok Room!

This is our third time here over the years. Last night we decided to go because they had live jazz and we haven’t had Thai food in quite a while. We both started out with a glass of Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc. We shared the sampler appetizer. It was presented very beautifully and also tasted very good. I had the yellow curry with chicken and my partner had the red curry with shrimp. We shared the pineapple rice. Everything was very good. Last night they had a duet playing Brazilian jazz. One guy was playing an acoustic guitar and the other guy was playing the base. That was an added bonus, jazz in downtown Ansonia is a rarity and I really appreciated it.

The food is really good and the service is great. The atmosphere is nice and very welcoming. Everything we tried was full of flavor, and the noodle soup is delicious. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Went for lunch on a Saturday, and got the green curry with the coconut soup and spring rolls. Firstly, the food was wonderful – some of the best Thai food around. Soup was excellent, and the flavor of the green curry (I got it with chicken) was out of this world. Thai iced tea was great too. Secondly, the portions were large, and reasonably priced. Atmosphere is very comfortable – it’s a large restaurant with a very open feeling and nice decorations. Worth stopping in for lunch like we did!

Was super surprised how good this Thai was. Better than in big cities. The sesame chicken was cooked perfect and the Panang curry was very authentic!
