I’ve been to Alley Noodle Bar twice now and both visits were honestly fantastic. If you’re vegetarian, their GoodPho is a standout. It’s rich, deeply flavorful, and feels like comfort food without being heavy. Finding a pho this satisfying without meat is rare, and they absolutely nailed it.
What really makes this place special though is the service. The owner/server is genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve met in the restaurant space. You can tell they care about every guest walking in, and that warmth completely elevates the whole experience.
If you’re looking for a cozy spot with amazing vegetarian-friendly options and people who truly care about what they do, Alley Noodle Bar is 100% worth visiting. I’ll definitely be back again.

I enjoyed the Pho me up, and my wife enjoyed the unPhogettable. Everything appears to be made in-house, the ragooons were delicious, as well as the cucumber salad. The pho needed more noodles. The price is pretty comparable to most other local places, but the portion of meat and noodles was lacking in comparison. We will be back; the flavor was delicious.

The Alley Noodle Bar has officially become my favorite spot to get pho! The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere makes it a cozy place to enjoy a great meal.I can’t recommend this place enough!

We enjoyed their pho a lot. The broth is flavorful and aromatic. The only reason it’s missing a star is because we ordered a huge portion for a party, and we received very little noodles and 1 sprig of basil with 4 leaves. Some vegetable bags only had 2 leaves. I will change my review if change could be implemented since each bowl of pho was $20.00.

I’ve been to this new restaurant 2 times so far and each time was a pleasant surprise. The first time I went there, I tried the Pho Me Up! and it came with the wider rice noodle which I preferred and couldn’t find in any pho restaurant so far in the DFW area. The soup was very tasty and there was a lot of toppings. The second time I tried their BBH and it was one of the better BBH I had in terms of taste and quality of ingredients. The restaurant was clean and service was great. Since this place is near to my house, I would be visiting again soon.

This was my first time trying their food and it most definitely won’t be the last! YES, EVERYTHING WAS SO FRESH & DELICIOUS!! The hostess/server greeted me immediately and was even attentive to my comfortability (when I stated I was cold, he advised me I was in a spot where the AC vent was so it was cool when I moved to the other side of the room). The prices are also reasonable for the amount of food received. Thank you!!!

– pho too waterish and size of the plate a little smaller compare to other place
– chicken sandwich with good bread just not tasty chicken. Good tender chicken just not as have to be at pho places.
Service with a little better.
Thank you

Cozy Pho place in McKinney. The Pho is good but doesn’t offer variations in spice level. The quantity too is a bit lesser than usual places. And I don’t know if it was the day end, but the service wasn’t pleasant. But I’d give that a benefit of doubt

New experience. I am glad I chose to try it. I tried the pho me up, I roll, and garlic and egg fried rice. I initially wanted to try something to make me feel better while not feeling my best. The pho did the trick.
The pho: it had different cuts of beef which all seemed overwhelming after a while. I did not like the meatball but the others were ok. The broth flavor was ok but elevated once I added the sauce and lime. I think it needed more sauce and more lime to take it over. All the veggies were good and crisp, the noodles are flat and a bit wide. I do plan to try more options.
The roll: I was expecting these to be really crispy and flavorful. The roll was not that crispy. The flavor was good and the roll was well stuffed and not to the point of being too big. The sauce made of ginger and garlic was underwhelming.
The garlic and egg fried rice: This was the star of the show. The flavors were on point. It came with an over medium it. Mixing that in with the rice made the rice oowie gooie good. Loved this. I plan to try more items like this.
Overall solid and tasty. I recommend and plan to go back.

This place was great. Small, cozy inside.
We started with the chicken wings which were large and perfectly crispy. No soggy skin here.
Then had the garlic noodles and the ribeye pho. Both fantastic. We got shrimp and chicken on the noodles. My husband said the shrimp was amazing. The chicken was flavorful and tender. There were also some yummy pickled carrots on top. The pho itself had a fantastic, rich broth that I couldn’t stop eating. The ribeye was shaved thin. The toppings were served on the side, as well as some sauces.
The jasmine tea was fresh and delicious.
Service was great. We will definitely be back.
