There was almost no sauce on the pizza and very little cheese. It was overcooked and had zero flavor. The last time I ordered from there, my wings were raw in the middle. When I called to complain I got an answering service. I’ve never had such awful pizza from a Pizza Hut. Ever. Will not be going back. This was at the 1st Ave store in Iowa City.

Worst pizza hut in the entire world. Customer service sucks. I ordered two pizzas, very little toppings, very little cheese. No sauce at all. Called to complain to them and they told me that their best pizza maker made those pizzas and there’s nothing wrong with them. Might as well just close this place down. There’s no reason to be open anymore.

If you are considering ordering from here, good luck, because you will not only get your food wayyyy later than expected, but when it finally arrives, you will be missing something. I have ordered here a few times and there is ALWAYS something missing even though they put a sticker on the box that says our order has been checked for quality and accuracy!! They take extremely long and on every single DoorDash order I’ve had, my original driver quits because they are taking too long to make my order. They will not be getting any more money from me.

I have never left a review on anywhere because i don’t care that much. This , however, was the wildest presentation of food I’ve ever gotten. Every worker there just kinda seemed retarded and it’s embarrassing anyone there was even allowed a job let alone Pizza Hut if you’ll count that as a job.

I ordered 2 personal pan pizzas. Both were made perfect. Crust baked to a golden brown and fully loaded with fresh ingredients. I would recommend them to all family and friends

Waited an hour to get a carry out order. Food was supposed to be ready to pick up at 7:10 but I didn’t get my order until after 8 pm. Wanted to just cancel after waiting half an hour but there was no way to get a refund or cancel the order on the app since I had already paid ahead online. Pizza hut is usually great but do NOT go to this location.

Food: My kids loved the BBQ chicken pizza. The beef brisket should not be combined with caramelized onions and roasted peppers on BBQ sauce. Not enjoyable. Brownie was amazing! I’d give it another star but getting another person’s 5 pepperoni pizzas with peppers turned me off a bit I guess and lefty me a little too salty to enjoy my meal.
Service: received another person’s order in error and was told to call the store about it by the first delivery driver. Called the store number and was connected to a corporate call center. The lady who answered was perfect, was compassionate about the inconvenience the error caused, and got my order resubmitted. When the 2nd delivery driver arrived with my complete order along with an empty box, he told me he had to collect my order’s amount in cash. Nice try, dude. He showed me something to validate his claim and I explained I had already paid by credit card and would not be paying anything. This was followed by blah, blah, sob, blah, blah, sob, sob, blah, I don’t know. Then he left my porch and headed to his car, while I looked at the paper receipt taped to one of my boxes. Huh! Wouldn’t you know, receipt indicated paid in full, with a double digit driver tip, and nothing was due. Go figure.
Atmosphere: beautiful, sunny, clear blue autumn day on my front porch, steady breeze, temperature about 76. What’s not to love?

I came in to grab my pick up order and was meet by an extremely rude woman claiming to be the GM se had glossy red eyes and was slurring her words the whole time. She said her name was Ashley. I would not recommend ordering from this store based off of the customer service received and the terrible food safety protocols I observed while in the store. Cooperate needs to look into this matter. I ended up cancelling my order and leaving.
