I’ve never left a public review before, but I feel compelled to now. I’ve had some good service but most of the workers there give you the feeling that you’re bothering them. Today, I was waiting in an empty line and set a timer on my watch because I felt like I was waiting a while and it felt like there was no one working there. My timer got to 8 minutes before the Subway worker barked at me across the food court that she still had 15 minutes on her break. I hadn’t said anything to her, nor did I even plan on giving them a hard time. I had assumed they were using the restroom. But now I refuse to go to a restaurant that treats a silent, waiting customer like that. I am boycotting Subway because this was the worst I’ve ever been treated somewhere.

Tia was EXTREMELY rude. She huffed and puffed the whole time making my order. She was sarcastic and was slamming things around. She was mumbling under her breathe the whole time. Super super rude

Went at lunchtime & the bread varieties weren’t ready. Don’t ask to alter a sandwich listed on the new menu, they won’t change anything (for example, swapping for a different kind of cheese, or leaving off onion). Girl was kinda rude about it. Sandwich tasted fine.

An employee yelled at me because I couldn’t understand what she was saying. All she had to was speak up, not embarrass me in front of 5 or 6 military service members. I have never yelled at a customer at any of the places I’ve been employed. It is not that hard to be nice and being nice goes along way.

Always a long line, and they don’t really add “extra” when you ask them… I typically avoid them unless I have no other choice. One positive thing is the staff is friendly.
