I had an excellent experience at this KFC location today. The food was served piping hot and tasted incredibly fresh, which isn’t always a guarantee with fast food. The chicken was crispy, well-seasoned, and clearly made recently. Kudos to the kitchen team for maintaining high standards for food quality and temperature.

About 5 months ago I picked up in the drive thru for dinner a chicken sandwich fries and coleslaw. I was almost home when I decided to take a bite of my sandwich. To my shock it was very hard dry and a big piece of hair was in it.
I immediately called to complain the woman said she’s sorry come back for another. She took my information and said her name was Anna.
I was already home so I didn’t want to go back. I said I’ll be back another time.
Today I was driving past the KFC and decided to finally pick up my sandwich. I walked in they are very cold and rude. The employee was complaining about someone in the drive thru before deciding to help me. I told her the story and she said there was no Anna. I said maybe I called the wrong KFC that night. She completely belittled me, was very condescending and basically called me a liar and like I was a homeless person trying to get free food. I was so insulted and shocked. She basically threw me out of the store. I called corporate to complain and I certainly hope they see this review. AND Don’t worry I won’t be back for your crappy food.

I’m not a fun of Fast Food Restaurants but I have to say, spicy Chicken Sandwich was good. Very spicy and real chicken. French Fries were ok.

I went to KFC this one has the buffet, all you can eat I only had the chicken ,mashed potatoes and the cold slaw. Everything else looked dry and old . The chicken was good ,the photo is of the food I ate. This restaurant is shared with a Long John Silver. This kfc is in Stuart but it is run down, old with broken chairs needs to be redone. Very no frills at the counter for fixing you can only get napkins, covers for drinks. No condiments to be had .

No great. The KFC food was good, although I only bought sides, but the Long John Silvers was terrible. I ordered the shrimp and chips and it was so salty I couldn’t eat it, some of the “shrimp” was only breading and the others had tails still on. Which may be how they are prepared but not how a good restaurant prepares popcorn shrimp. I walked into an empty restaurant and no one was behind the counter. I peeked into the kitchen. There were two ladies back there and one was eating at the prep station. Yuck! Then they were talking back and forth about who was going to take my order. They were nice but seemed very lazy. Not a good experience. They need to step it up.

I ordered online. Got an alert that my order was ready. I went into the store to pick up my order and was greeted by “Your order is not ready, we’re working on it”. Took 15 minutes to prepare my order. It wouldn’t have been a problem if it had not been marked as ready. 15 minutes there got to me to see that nobody was wearing gloves and one employee coughing into her hand and then touching food.

Opens at 10:30, went through drive-thru at 10:40 ordered 3 piece – two drums and a thigh. Got home opened box to butter the biscuit. There is only one drum – I could barely see it; smallest chicken ever. Not going back to get other drum – maybe the Manager will actually read this and give me a gift card so I can give them another try.

Place is always clean and food always tastes good. More importantly I had an issue with the app when trying to order lunch. The staff at this location was super helpful, kind, and respectful without me even asking. They resolved my issue that wasn’t even their responsibility and did it fast and correctly. I only wish i got their names to give them the kudos they deserve. Thank you all.
