As soon as we walked in I overheard them talking crap about my order and me quite frankly. Then they got my fiancé order wrong she added Swiss and to a cheeseburger and they took off the American when she wanted it and the order didnt state that she wanted it taken off. On top of that they gave me a bun on my original chicken sandwich that half of it was rock hard and I have no teeth I cant eat a rock hard bun and then when asked if they would fix it the guy who brought it out was super rude. I would highly recommend picking a different burger king if you want to eat here this. Just overall a bad experience and I absolutely NEVER come back to this place and if you do Goodluck because I all reality it should have been 0 stars but they wont let you do that

It was Christmas Eve and I came in upset because they didn’t have my order. They showed me that I had ordered at a different location. I apologized as much as I could. This whole crew handled themselves very professionally.

A friend and I stopped off at Burger King for lunch after a doctor’s appointment. We are from Sioux City and thought that we would give it a try. The restaurant was very small and closing clean. The servers were very nice and helpful to make sure that we have what we needed is very accommodating. When we stop in Sioux Falls we must definitely stop by this establishment again.

Went through the drive thru at 5:30 on a Sunday. It was not busy. Zoe was at the window. We ordered a double whopper, 2 melts, 2 whoppers, chicken fries, fries and a frozen coke. We did not receive 1/2 of the order. Zoe did not read back the order so we did not know she had it incorrect. At the window she was busy on her cell phone for a bit then opened the window, grabbed the card played with her phone, gave the card back, played with her phone then shoved the food out the window and disappeared on her phone again. It seems we were interfering in her phone time and we are sorry for that. We checked the bag and we were missing a whopper, fries and we realized we did not get the coke either. We did not get a receipt so unsure if we were charged for it but simple math says probably not. We went to the other BK on the way home and got the rest of the order at store 8816.
I get it’s hard to find good employees but a simple hello at the window, maybe asking if we need anything etc would have been nice. Maybe the window is not the best place for Zoe. Maybe a spot in the back of the house where she can play on her phone and not be bothered by customers would be better so when we want to ask for ketchup we can and not be dismissed.

The food was the normal food you expect to get from burger king. But this location wasn’t well maintained. The floors seemed to have been waxed or something and it was very slippery (it was mid day we went there.) The tables were dirty and there was trash on the floors around the restaurant.

Just went through the drive through. I ordered the Texas Double whopper sandwich. I’m on my way to work and opened the wrapper and got a regular whopper, which I was charged $10.50 for. I can’t go back because I’ll be late for work. You literally have one job to do. I won’t be back.

I ordered through the app thinking the food would be ready so I could eat over my 30 minute lunch. I get there and they tell me to pull around. I spent HALF my lunch just waiting for food, only for them to tell me they forgot about me. Thanks but that doesn’t help the fact that I can’t eat my food anymore. The burgers are always too saucy and the fries are never warm.
