The girl on the phone was nice she was new and doesn’t know all the menu items yet delivery boy was kind didn’t bring me a receipt tho… but the FOOD like literally they cooked my stuff in super old tasting oil and for too long it tastes burnt my THREE tender meal basket the chicken nuggets at mcdonalds are thicker than these. Very disappointed and pretty sure the honey mustard they gave me was dressing and not dipping sauce. I keep giving them chances but the only thing decent there it seems to be is a slice of cheese pizza

Very long for pick up. Had to wait a long time. Over 25 minutes to get food ready in total. Only one other customer in restaurant. Ceiling tile on light about to fall down from ceiling. The website although stating the toppings I would get did not show on their end so it looked like I wanted a plain cheesesteak.

WHERE’S THE BEEF?!?
WHERE’S THE STEAK… Few months ago we got a cheesesteak from here and one side was mediocre and the other half was as such. This time ~ well…. they’re both hardly there with anything. I’m sorry but for almost $20 we expect some substance ~ wasn’t this way a few years ago. SAD

Pathetic Stromboli tonight. It’s no wonder people are excited for a Domino’s to open here…
They tried to up charge me for a ham/pepperoni Stromboli because they didn’t know how to ring it in, so I switched to a regular, minus all other ingredients, and I got 3 pieces of ham and a hand full of pepperoni.
$5 worth of ingredients for $15.25 is the special.
We all want to buy your food, but this stuff happens way too much. Please do better.

I’m just going to let the photos speak for itself. I would be embarassed to serve this. I’m not sure what kind of basement bakery they got this bread from, but it’s literally the skinniest thing I’ve ever seen. The burger was even more thin, and burnt. I asked for extra mayo, barely got any. I mean come on now.

Ordered wings for Wing night and was wildly disappointed with them. They were very weird looking. It looked almost as if the meat was stripped of the bone and then reattached. They were cooked to death which lead them to be dry and tasteless. See pictures

Tried this place for the first time. Extremely disappointing. Ordered the cheesesteak and an Antipasto salad. Salad was “Meh” nothing but iceberg, some thin sliced tomato, and whole slices of meat and cheese, with a little bit of pickled veg. No olives, cucumber, etc. It was edible but very unimpressive. The cheesesteak…. if had to choose one word it would be “disgusting”. While the subs are no doubt large, that about where anything good stops. I prefer my cheesesteak what they refer to as “California style” around here. It did come with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo as ordered. First… the “bread” a distasterous attempt at an inhouse baked sub bun which was white, undercooked, doughy, and tasted like exactly what it was – yeasty overproofed leftover pizza dough. Awful. Second… the “steak”… advertised as fresh sliced top round it too was just plain bad. The texture was more of a fine ground meat that was heavily seasoned and overly salty. Tasted more like what I imagine it really is, a seasoned beef pizza topping. But the dog seemed to like it. Overall, at price tag of nearly $23 bucks for a sub par salad and an inedible oversized sandwich. Cant really come up with anything good to say about the food. At all.

I dare say the cheese supreme pizza is heavenly and super comforting and delicious, cashier is the sweetest (even with the sass) and the employees seem so friendly and the owner is a great cook along with the other cooks. A+ for everything
