We had an amazing night planned and drove over an hour to get to Zia Casino for dinner and some games. We started off the night by grabbing 2 seats at the bar for drinks and dinner. After we sat down we realized they had the garage-style door half open and the wind was blowing so hard straight at us that it was blowing stuff off the bar. We decided to take our drinks and grab a table out of the wind. We finally had a waitress in a gray shirt take our order and disappear. Chicken sandwich and a hamburger. We waited and waited and finally saw a different waitress and ordered another drink. Then we proceeded to wait and wait and wait some more (no, they were not that busy) and noticed the table next to us was just as frustrated as we were getting. They had asked for a side of ranch and she never brought it to them, they were frustrated too. We sat there with empty drinks and decided we were just going to pay for the drinks and skip the meal, we would go find food somewhere else. So we waited and waited some more until she finally showed up again. She was bringing our food out of the kitchen and sat it down like it was a bother to even do that much. All of it was cold, maybe slightly warm. All we could figure out was she took her break and left our dinner sitting there the whole time waiting to be taken out….. We asked her to take the food off and we would pay for the drinks. Her response was “You can just go”, the way she said it… WOW, we have never been treated so badly. We hadn’t been rude, we hadn’t said anything to even merit that kind of sass from her. So we left, didn’t even go into the casino to play any of the games… Just left… We won’t go back, ever.

First time at this place and I loved it.. the beer was great and the classic burger I had was by far the greatest burger I’ve tasted..my husband had a steak burger and it was great.. if we’re are back in town I’ll be going back for sure!!

I had the “Classic Burger with Bacon” and it was just right. The bun wa not too thick, the meat was the perfect thickness and very succulent. Overall, great burger.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Took a while to get our drinks, order chips and salsa for a starter and our meals. Waited 20-30 minutes and never saw our waitress and we needed refills on our drinks. The table next to us flagged down another waitress to ask where their waitress was, so we said we hadn’t seen ours either, turns out we had the same server. She came out and told us she had been bagging up a 20 plate order, I asked why we hadn’t gotten our chips and salsa, she said they were correcting a mix up in the large order, I said chip and salsa don’t need to be cooked, but she said the kitchen was too busy with the large order. We told her to cancel our order. Never saw a manager, and we should gave been informed from the start that our food order would take a while. The servers apparently need better training. We wasted 45 minutes for nothing. Other tables were complaining about the service as well.

We waited an hour for a burger and a turkey wrap. The wrap was brought to me with no turkey. She offered to take it back, but I didn’t want to wait another hour for replacement. She did bring me some turkey to put on it, although I don’t really like having to prepare my own food at a restaurant. Never saw the server again. No drink refills, I couldn’t even get a napkin. Still currently trying to get our ticket so we can pay and leave, and still being ignored. Hopefully my experience is not the norm, but I won’t be going back.

Sunday night around 8:30, the bar was almost full, a few people playing pool and all the tables were empty except one. Waited 15 min for the server to come. She waited on the only other table but walked right on past us. I asked the bartender about getting food and she said she would send someone over. Another 10 minutes and no one came. We are now at Dennys where we got seated and placed our order with a friendly server within 10 minutes. I gave 2 stars because of the many tv’s and the good (but too loud) music. This is no way to treat guests who are staying at the hotel and playing at the casino. There are several restaurants just a short drive away that deserve your patronage.

Our pizza was served cold like it just came out of a freezer. Sent it back and it wasn’t much better when it returned, worse than frozen grocery store pizza.

Recently expanded menu. We tried their pub fare, their breakfast, and lots of drinks. Service is truly attentive, even when busy. The food was well above my expectations! It is bar food, but elevated. Drink are limited due to reopening, only reason for the 4 stars. We shall return in the future.

The bar is good except for Sundays and I believe Mondays reason being for a slow bartender that can’t seem to multi-task but the other bartenders keep you right everytime I recommend this place for a cold drink and it’s greatly delicious burgers

Bad service… 30 minute wait and couldn’t get service. Kitchen closed and people that came in after us was serviced food. Manager called us a lier when we said we were waiting that long and was gonna check the cameras.
