I went in to the drive thru today. 10/26/25 just before 5pm. The woman working the drive thru was moody and passive aggressive. I get to the window, she takes my payments. Right away I notice she’s closed off and tense. She hands me my card being closed off without saying anything and closes the window really hard on me. When she comes back I ask for my receipt, she snaps at me telling me it needs to print out. Okay, well, I was not aware it was taking a while to print out. It usually prints out right away. She probly didn’t hit the print button and instead of stating that, she suggested the machine was taking forever. What a coincidence the moment I stated that the machine printed the receipt right away. You guys just raised your prices, your restaurant is seriously out dated. I don’t care if you don’t like me or if the demands of your job are getting to you but you have zero reason to disrespect and be so inhospitable to a paying customer! I expect to enjoy my outing and receive great customer service. And customer service includes suppress and opinion you may have of someone or how the job makes you feel, and ensure the client is happy and satisfied! What do you want me to do in a situation like this? The cashier is moody and angry. Am I supposed to kiss up to her so she can calm down? No! I’m not the one providing a service. If she can’t maintain being unphased and likable including working well in a fast paced environment. She needs to be removed. Women in this country tense up very quickly when there’s a demand of them, they need to maintain relaxed and unphased by their demands. If you’re going to have nothing but women working there, you need to ensure those toxic traits are knocked out of them!

I ordered a western omelet, they asked what kind of toast do I want but never got! The drive thru girl was either blind or doesn’t know how to have decent customer service, The hash browns literally looked like they scraped the bottom of the pan, felt like I was chewing on rocks! Massive disappointment.

I just left there right now. It’s 8:15 PM. I stood in the lobby for about 3 to 5 minutes waiting for service. When I walked out, the guy on the side saw me, but didn’t call me back in. I don’t expect much not even smile, but I do expect service and a place that has a sign that’s open and the door that’s open. I hate to be an inconvenience to anyone so I will not be returning to this place

First time here. It wasnt too bad. I ordered the French toast platter. The sausage was really good. And the eggs came out great. The coffee there was really good too. I took home a chorizo burrito for my husband and some biscuits and gravy for my grandma. The chorizo burrito was alright. There definitely wasnt enough chorizo and eggs. More hash browns than chorizo flavor.

Made a trip to Bakersfield and looked up burgers this place looked good so I gave it a shot. I tried their $5.50 deal which was a Cheeseburger fries and a drink. The menu is fantastic and covers everything from breakfast to mexican favorites like burritos so if you don’t want a burger you have plenty of options. The burger arrived at my table and looked great smelled awesome and when I took my first bite I knew this was the spot to stop when in town.
The fries were perfect crispy on the outside and soft inside plus the seasoning they add to the fries was perfect it wasn’t your typical salted fries these were better. If you decide to stay inside to eat then you have access to all the soda you want from the machine and they had Mountain Dew my favorite. I saw a family deal which contained 4 burgers fries and drinks for around $24 which is not bad considering sometimes you can spend $10 or more on one combo meal in other places.

They have great service and there food is good, except there grilled cheese. I mean the cheese wasn’t even tasted when I took a bite, the bread was so dry I could use it for sand paper. Will I go there again? Yes, because there pastrami items are good. Just don’t get the grilled cheese.
