This is by far the worst burger king wife ordered French toast sticks and they was soggy and not fit to eat. Also she wanted a large cup of ice and they refused to give her or even let her pay for it all they could offer was a kids cup. Ole hardees gave her a free LARGE cup of ice tho without question

Burger King in Vincennes IN ROCK!!! They have friendly staff, always ready with a suggestion or just to answer any question you may have. The restaurant was clean, not at all messy like most fast food places. The management there is fantastic, Susan, Shay, Gina, Chelsea and Rose you guys are amazing!! Hats off to Burger King for such a great place stop and grab a bite!! Their food was amazing, hot and fresh, the service unbeatable!! Their $5 your way meal is a deal no one can pass up, with nuggets, a sandwich, fries and a drink ALL FOR JUST $5!!! Stop in today and get yours!

The staff working here is incredibly rude if you say the slightest wrong thing while you’re ordering they will laugh in your face and then proceed to be hateful to you about it. The Manager Rose is by far one of the rudest most hateful people I’ve ever spoke to. I simply was trying to explain the situation to her and be like hey your staff was kinda rude laughing being pretty unprofessional and she cursed at me and started screaming at me saying she didn’t care what I have to say she backs up her staff and what her staff say?? So Whatever that means I’m Not sure. I’ve spoke to several people in town and everyone says the staff here is awful. So I guess just be prepared to get belittled and screamed at here for no reason if you come here.

Rose is an absolute rockstar! I watched this lady work effortlessly and efficiently while attending to everyone on a Friday night with a smile on her face when they were completely short staffed and the manager left. She was friendly courteous and even remembered from my last visit that my son is allergic to cheese and took the initiative to request a “change gloves”. You typically don’t get that kind of customer service at fast food restaurants and I was highly impressed. The restaurant was clean and the food was hot and fresh.

They simply give food away if you ask for a mobile order and guess a name. Ordered on mobile app and within 5 minutes they claim someone else picked it up. They repeated “I’m not replacing food that already went out” terrble customer service. They did not verify anything on the order with the person they simply hand food to anyone. Not understanding at all and extremely rude.

Had to wait 25 minutes for our food while I watched bag after bag go out to the drive thru window. Apparently it’s not FCFS, it’s drive thru gets served first.

They have the best snack wraps in town. Also, they’ve always been very kind, decently fast, the food is a good price for what you get, and their collabs are always so cute.

So to start, the wait was insane. There were only two other people waiting and I stood there for an hour. I wasn’t really paying attention and apparently the cashier had said something to me. When I got confused she said I was being disrespectful but then smiled and said “but I won’t argue with a customer.” then just pretended like nothing happened. I still don’t even know what she was mad over. They gave me the wrong size drink and I ordered an impossible whopper which was literally burnt to black on the edges. Usually I never write bad reviews because I have respect for fast food workers and know it can be hard sometimes, and I don’t like to complain about small things. However, this was probably the worst experience I’ve had in a burger king.

If you do not have a vehicle you can not order any food after the lobby closes. Burger King is sending the message that , if you don’t drive and own a vehicle ,you don’t matter!! Shame on you Burger King!
