10/10 if a restaurant is judged by how clean the bathroom is, and I think it shoukd count! This place wins.

The food is superb, the service is top! Everything is fantastic we sat outside in mid October! The host and his wife and team make this place! We went twice in one week!

Love it!
We had :
Garlic chilli chicken
Prawn Korahi
Terka Dahl
2 rice and naan

All perfect!

If you want to taste real Indian fare in Genoa, Josna is the place. Taj, the owner of the restaurant, will welcome you and make you feel at home. The food is superb and the staff is very attentive.

On a short stop over trip to Genova yesterday landed by this not to be missed Indian restaurant at a nice location. The food was very tasty-enjoyed and loved every bit of it warm staff -adjusted us in their fully reserved agenda. And yeah! the washroom was quiet clean.

One of the best Indian restaurants I have been in Europe, with great vegan options! The whole team is very helpful and they are not scared to add extra heat to the dishes if you ask! I highly recommend the Vegetable Tandoori and the vegetable Korhai!

Fabulous! In Europe there are always Indian Curry Places, but not many work are to create a high end dining experience. We told the owner that we were not like Italians and wanted more spice and he delivered. He apologized as he understood most Europeans can’t handle spicy food and their usual servings are mild, but if you ask for spice, you will get it.

Fancy restaurant. Great food and service. I was in doubt about what to eat and they suggested some appetizers and a main dish, all vegetarian. Was an amazing experience. I didn’t take photos all of the dishes ‍♀️

A very tasty alternative to the main pizza / pasta based options in Genoa.
Vindaloo dishes are pretty spicy but definitely not overkill.
Service was good.
There is an option to sit outside elevated from the pavement area, with a sunshade.
Couple of slight wrinkles:
– drinks are a bit on the pricey side, although main dishes are v reasonable.
– there is a small cover charge, which wasn’t obvious when we were browsing the menu panel outside.
Recommended, would go again!

We visited Genoa for the boat show, stayed closed to this restaurant. A family run restaurant which I have to say is exceptional. Very friendly, excellent authentic Indian food, fresh ingredients and lovely setting. It was so good we eat here 2 nights in a row. We are british, living in italy so great to have experienced some good quality indian food. Congratulations to Taj and his team.

The atmosphere was really nice and clean. The food was fine and acceptable, but the portions were quite small. The rice, for example, was barely five tablespoons—enough only if you were on a diet.

Absolutely recommendable! Very hospitable! Not only is the food wonderful, but so is the staff. From extra creations of the owner and background information on the dishes, it was a great experience.
