Taco bell is supposed to be consistent. That’s why I go. But not this one. It was fairly busy and it took 20 minutes for me and everyone else in there to get their food. It seemed they were getting orders wrong as well. Many people came back up to the service desk after leaving with their food.
As for my order it was a 7 Luxe Box. The Lettuce was frozen, which made the chalupa and taco even colder, and worst of all, my Luxe Box didn’t even come with a box.
Let this Review stand as a testimony against this taco bell and its abysmal service. And a warning to anyone who enjoys taco bell.

Long wait in drive thru and was not given a total, then cashier was irritated when I got to the window and asked for a total. Don’t be rude to people because you’re busy, everyone is busy. Be kind instead. Thank you.

I ordered the new grilled steak burritos and after halfway thru the first, I realized there was no meat. Opened the 2nd and 0 meat and lots of fluff, lettuce, tomatoes.

Taco Bell is by far my favorite fast food restaurant, but this location absolutely sucks compared to the other locations in the area. They mess up my order fairly regularly, and many of their items look like kindergarten arts and crafts projects.

How would I receive the experience? Mildly depressing. The customer service for the drive through was awful, the person obviously didn’t even try to act, just didn’t care at all. In addition the order was for 2 shredded chicken burritos, 1 cheese roll up, and a Baja blast. What I got was 2 shredded chicken burritos a bean and beef burrito and a soda water with a slight hint of blue. Truly a let down as taco Bell is usually my go to.

Unpleasant surprise. There was a bug in my husbands soft taco. Thankfully he puts sauce on everything and noticed before putting in his mouth. Unfortunately, ruined the rest of meal for us.
