I really enjoy the meals and the selection of food is great and since i have started eating the meals and with working out I have lost 105 pounds and the meals are a great price and its easy to accrue points to get a discount off of your meals and also they have great coupons when they have them. I highly recommend Eat Rite Foods and they also have online where you can have it delivered or pick it up at the store and pay for it at the store.

I tried Eat Rite Foods grab and go selections because I was unable to do my own meal prep. Their meals offered tremendous variety, perfect portion sized, and cost about the same as what I could make them myself. Perfect for someone who is on the go and watching their macros.
I was very pleased with their customer service at the counter and their variety of meals.
I will definitely go back.

First time here. Early today I had the salmon (to die for) now I’m having my second meal chicken. I will be a regular customer. Food is fresh, customer service great. Great location.

I would buy often from Eat Rite. I loved the convenience, the options, and that it was a healthy alternative to cooking and meal prep, but in 2024 I noticed they began to add high fructose corn syrup in some of their meals. It’s not noted on the website if you purchase online, but when you receive your meals – it’s in the ingredient list on the packaging. When I noticed this last year I reached out to the owners via email.
I would love to see these additives to be removed. I haven’t purchased the food in a while, but decided to before the holiday weekend of July 4th. I noticed high fructose corn syrup is still in the list of ingredients even though it is still not listed online. I will buy again in the future if corn syrup is removed or easily seen online as an additive because the food is otherwise great!
