My wife and I visited Swift the day before Valentine’s Day and had an incredible experience! They offered various vegetarian and gluten-free options. My wife said the cauliflower steak was phenomenal. I had the filet mignon, and it was cooked perfectly. We drank wine for most of our meal, but at the end I requested an Old Fashioned (not on the menu), and they made it without hesitation. The service was impeccable.

What truly made the night special was Mr. White. He was everywhere! He was greeting guests, helping seat patrons, resetting tables, and discreetly replaced my wife’s dropped napkin. He did it all with professionalism and a genuine smile. His attention to detail made our evening memorable. We’ll definitely be back and look forward to warmer weather to take advantage of the outdoor space.

We went to Swift at Wilbur mansion last night to celebrate my son’s birthday. What a memorable evening! We were greeted by the host in such a welcoming manner that it set the tone for the entire evening. Our server, Cailin, was particularly gracious and informative. She shared the history of the mansion with us and suggested some incredible menu selections.
The food was excellent! All of our small plates and entrees were delicious and the presentation was beautiful.
Our party of 4 enjoyed the prosciutto with peaches (substituted with pears), beetroot carpaccio, escargot, and tempura fried squash blossom. Our entrees, duck a l’orange, lamb chops, and sea bass were enjoyed by all of us.
We look forward to our next visit.

Fantastic experience! We went for my wife’s birthday, and we were very pleased with our evening. We were greeted warmly, with an invitation to take a look at all of the rooms from the original mansion that have been restored using the original fixtures. Our service was wonderful, as all of the staff seem committed to providing an exceptional dining experience. Our food was phenomenal! Everyone was happy and pleased with their selections. We highly recommend, and plan on returning to this fantastic restaurant.

My boyfriend and I have officially claimed this as “our place ❤️”
Most recently we dined here for my birthday as my boyfriend wanted to surprise me after I raved about our date here.
From the moment we were greeted, REMEMBERED and the classy service we received, which rarely exists, the Swift Exceeds exceptions! Our server was professional and friendly and the food was as always beyond delicious!
The architecture of the building is breathtaking.

Swift at the Wilbur is doing it right. Outstanding hospitality greets you when you enter. The food and wine are excellent and the servers balance warmth with professionalism. The space, filled with intricate hand-carved woodwork, is stunning. We’ve dined at Swift several times with consistently great experiences – it’s a new favorite.

My husband and I went there for my birthday date night and had an amazing time. This was our second time dining there and each course was delicious! The restaurant itself is so beautiful and perfect for a date night (or even a night out with your friends/family). We made another reservation right after we left! Our new favorite place to go in the valley

We came here to celebrate our anniversary, which they were kind enough to provide champagne and complimentary chocolate cake. The hostess was extremely kind and personable. However the food and service was extremely underwhelming. Our waitress had the whole section and was busting her butt. Caesar salad tasted like nothing. We ordered cocktails and we finished the Caesar salad before our drinks came out after we had to ask about their status. My husbands steak he asked for medium rare it came out almost well done so he sent it back. I ordered the sea bass, which came out HOT which was nice but again was flavorless. I ate it regardless. Creme bruelle was milky and liquidy. Just disappointing for $200+ meal.

My family is local. My dad made a reservation here for my birthday 01/17 and in total we were a group of 5. The reservation was at 5pm. The service was the best I’ve had in the Lehigh Valley and I’ve been to many a nice restaurant including Three Oak and Top Cuts Steakhouse which also have great service and a great menu. There was no wait to be seated although that could be in part due to the time we arrived. The host was amazing, friendly, and responsive. The waitress was friendly and professional. My dad requested the bartender over a couple of times to our table to go over drink orders and she was extremely knowledge, made great drinks, did not give any indication that she was being inconvenienced if she was being inconvenienced. In total we were there for almost three hours and the service continued to be great even when the rush was picking up. The host made sure to use our names which made our presence feel special.

First we received drinks within minutes of sitting down and then appetizers came out not long after. The appetizers tasted great and best of all were light and portioned well enough that we were satisfied but still able to finish our entrees and have desert. We are not a family that usually eats big and but we left nothing on the plates. For appetizers we had the charcuterie board, calamari, and instead of the prosciutto and peach it was pear and peach because they were reserving their peaches for a special dessert, peach cobbler.

While my family was still enjoying the appetizers I made a trip to the bathroom. When I came back my partially used napkin was nicely folded on top of the table where I had been seated. I was told this was done by the host. Not only was it unexpected but it clearly demonstrated the restaurant cared about the appearance of each setting. Almost as soon as we were done with the appetizers our food arrived. Used silverware was taken away or replaced with each course so the table stayed clean. We had the grilled lamb rack, beef short ribs, pork chop, crab cake, and rib eye steak. While each ingredient was amazing on its own each ingredient did compliment the full dish and tasted great together. The meats were cooked to our requests and were tender. The waitress was very attentive. The water on the table and drinks in our glasses were refilled regularly before we could even think to ask. We didn’t have to lift a finger.

When we were done with the dinner the table was cleared and we were given dessert menus placed just slightly askew. Clearly a standard is required and the waitress was well trained and experienced. The deserts were great. We had the smores cake and if you’re a chocolate lover you’ll be very happy.

On top of the great service the glasses and silverware were immaculately clean. No water spots on the glasses or silverware. Access to the building was great for my elderly grandmother. Tables were spaced far enough apart you wouldn’t be squeezing through even if you’re larger sized. I loved that when the entrees were brought out on the large tray the tray was put on a folding table outside of the immediate dining area and each plate was brought to each diner. The server didn’t have to maneuver around a huge tray, tables, or people walking past that may have caused extra noise or potential to drop and knock the food over. I have no notes for this place or complaints. Spectacular! Overall 5 stars I will be back!

I highly recommend the bar for locals as well if you want a quick bite, a drink, and to watch a game. My dad and brother enjoyed the bar area.

Our lamb and short rib were tasty. Cooked carrots were too hard. Escargot not as flavorful as most I have had (maybe they should take out of shells and soak in herb butter sauce tray). Salad was good with nice dressing and tasty pear. Food seemed under seasoned in general. Potato soup was very plain (also very filling which waitress misled me about a little). Cake was mediocre. Ice cream seasonal flavors were chocolate and vanilla. Serving staff was friendly. Atmosphere was generally nice. There was a loud wedding event, but I guess that happens.

The best service I have ever received from a restaurant. The host was so warm and welcoming, letting me know on the phone when I called ahead that he has an eye on a spot for me at the bar and when I arrived he had the place set for me. Made me feel so welcomed. He remembered my name when I arrived and when I left saying it was so nice meeting me. The bar tenders were working their butts off and still provided me with great service and a great burger.
