This place has the best people and the best pizza. Troy runs this place like a top with the help of his right hand Brandon. Everyone is super nice and again…..THE BEST PIZZA!! We pick our pizza up every Friday! Always consistently perfect and tons of toppings, they don’t slack!

We were greeted by a friendly employee who was helpful in making our decision of what to purchase for lunch. We purchased a garden salad and thin crust pizza. The pizza came out hot, exactly how we ordered and very quickly. It tasted very good and would definitely go back again. The only reason for a 4 star is because they don’t allow for substitutions and charge a dollar more to switch from black olives to Kalamata olives in my salad which seems weird since every other restaurant would switch with no problem.

We live in a no solicitation neighborhood with signs telling all visitors. I went outside my home last week to find a doorhanger from Jet’s pizza not hanging on my door. Instead, it was rolled up and directly against my beveled glass storm door. When I went to remove it the rain followed by 90 degree heat (see pictures) had plastered it to the glass. A portion stayed stuck like glue to the glass when it was removed. I contacted Jet’s pizza to complain and the local store manger in Monroe came out to my home and escalated it up to see what the corporate office would do to rectify the damage to my door. I give him credit for this as his team did not put the flyers out and he still tried to make it right. I never heard anything back from Jet’s so I had to fix the door myself. Not a fan of a company who does not follow no solicitation rules when if you have to leave your flyer that I did not ask for or want, please use the paper box so my property is not damaged. Jet’s is the last place I will go for pizza after this experience.

Giving a shout out to Troy at the Monroe Jets Pizza for being an amazing and outstanding person who made my day. Gave me faith back in my human kind . I, me, made a mistake on MY order and what did Troy do, he, himself, helped a sister out and fixed MY problem for ME. WOW, What a guy!!! He didn’t have to do anything, but chose to be kind. THANK YOU TROY!!! I hope he sees this. If you’re in Monroe, stop by Jets Pizza and say hi to Troy and grab a delicious pizza , tell him Stefanie sent you , I’ll be going back.

I think the best deep dish pizza I have had in Charlotte. Got the chicken bacon ranch and the Hawaiian. It was delicious!!! Staff were so friendly and helpful. We will be back.

This is one of our favorite places for pizza! We love the deep dish Detroit style pizza and get whatever we can with the most ingredients at the best price with the Super Special (pictured with bacon added) and Jet 10 being our favorites. We usually add the garlic to the crust at no charge and love the crispness of that thick Detroit crust! Why only four stars and not five? As someone else mentioned, they are very inflexible with their ingredients. If you want to swap one veggie for another, there is an up-charge that you typically don’t see at other restaurants. If they ever change this policy, I’ll change my rating as well.
Also, thumbs up to the people who work there — always friendly and with this being 2020 and early 2021, they all wear their face coverings in a way that makes me feel better about my meal.
