This place is absolutely the bomb! I think the same people have been eating here since they’ve opened. They’ve got it down to a science. I have the three meat combo with steak, shrimp, and scallops every time and they never let me down. It’s probably one of the most consistently good meals in town that you can bet on walking out of that place full as a tick.
My hat’s off to this place. Very consistent. Very delicious. Highly recommend.
It’s worth mentioning that they have excellent eggrolls and potstickers as well.

One of our favorite go-to places foe goo, quality food fast. Most of the time we like to dine-in and eat fresh. It’s a nice surprise to get a complimentary cup of soup or salad and even though they are not a full service restaurant, they bring the food/appetizers out to you and check on you periodically. We’ve been going here for 4 years now and definitely will continue to. Keep up the good work guys!

Great place, clean and friendly service. Order like fast food but they bring it to your table. They even come back to check on you and refill your drink. The Hibachi steak with mushrooms was very good. The carrots were sweet and the rice was perfect add the shrimp sauce to your rice for a treat. Fast and freshly cooked. We will go back here. Edit: I’ve gotten takeout many times here and they are always fresh and people are friendly.

The food is FRESH, and the taste is amazing!!
Worth every penny, they don’t charge much but give you big portions!
Their veggies are perfectly cooked. The carrot specifically has an amazing taste, I imagine they sauté it in a buttery sauce before adding it to this dish.

The food is really good, however, the manager does not know allergens enough to know that mayonnaise doesn’t include dairy.. just a little concerning that they could be giving out misinformation regarding potential allergen exposure..

The pot stickers were on point. The scallops were great. The fried rice was not really any different than the white rice -The slight exception being it was faintly not white. The flavor was bland overall and my wife’s meal had no sauce at all. She ordered the Chicken & Steak Combo. I ordered the 3 meat combo : Salmon, shrimp, and scallops were the 3 I chose. Everything except the scallops lacked flavor. The white rice was soggy.
It’s a shame because the staff was great. The service was great. The atmosphere was very nice.

Ordered steak w mushrooms and chicken w broccoli plus salads on 1/5/26 . Steak was charred , dry and hard. Chicken was dry and tough. One salad had chunks of of lettuce with black mold on it. Meat tasted and looked like leftovers and reheated. $38 dollars wasted.

We’ve been waiting for Ashi Express to open… Passing the construction every day. Let me tell y’all, it was worth the wait!!! I had the Teriyaki chicken w/ broccoli. It’s delicious, very economical and the people that work there are amazing! I had to make myself stop eating, it was that good! Maryville needed Ashi Express, I’ll be a dedicated patron, thank you!!

Large portions, steaming hot when served, very fast service, and beautiful on the plate. We love that you can substitute vegetables in the mean, too! Great for leftovers and a pre-movie meal. Atmosphere conducive to an intimate conversation.

I was there on opening day. Staff was very pleasant, place was very clean. The sad part is the food was extraordinarily meh. Veggie spring rolls tasted like seafood (which i have a serious aversion to ), hibachi chicken was rubbery and bland, and had to order Veggies as a side because the menu doesn’t offer an option that includes the chicken and vegetables together . However, the potstickers were quite good!
We were awaiting the opening of this restaurant with great anticipation and truly wanted to love it. Will give it another shot after they have had a chance to settle in a bit.
