Pretty good little hometown restaurant. The bacon was amazing, while the hashbrowns lacked a bit, not having much taste and an odd texture. The service was good, and the prices fair. Nice atmosphere.

Did you know that the fishing bobber was invented in Arcanum? they say that in the restaurant. the food is great and we went so much that they remembered us the workers are also extremely nice!!!!

It’s a little hole-in-the-wall diner. Really sweet own she’s a server, the atmosphere of the place, wow, hasn’t been updated since her parents owned it, it’s quite a cool blast from the past. Food, very good. It gives home cooked vibes and made with love.

I had lasagna which was the special of the day and I have to say there was plenty of lasagna on the plate and it was good. The service was good it’s a nice little family type restaurant. I’d recommend it to anyone he wants a good home style cooked meal.
This was my second visit and once again I had a huge plate of roast beef and dressing, Mac and cheese, coleslaw. The service was great, the food was wonderful. Can’t wait for my next visit .

We stopped in on our way to Eldora. We were unsure what to get but our waitress explained the menu to a T. The prices are great for what you get and the portions are huge. Tenderloin was some of the best we’ve had.

Great little small town diner with that “mom and pop” feel. Delicious home cooking and our server, Beth, couldn’t have been nicer. We were a party of eight and our orders were served hot and fresh. Good prices too! We’ll definitely be back!

Seriously so happy we ate there. We are newer to the area, this restaurant was suggested a couple of times. My husband had the wings, they were delicious, I had the breaded tenderloin sandwich and it was fantastic. The server was amazing, especially with our son, Will absolutely be returning.

Loved the friendly atmosphere and wait staff service. “Pot pie could have used some carrots, onions, celery for color but the taste was good. Husbands salad was also good and had the iceberg lettuce he lives. We’ll go again.

1st time last time. Chicken gravey and biscuit. It was more like threads and soup. Biscuit was old and 1 inch by 1 inch. That was the special.

We had Huston’s cater the food for my Wedding and WOW! Everything tasted amazing! We literally only had 3 pieces of fried chicken left at the end. I’m picky about mashed potatoes and they were probably my favorite of the night! I highly recommend them for any event big or small. They are so accommodating and there isn’t much they can’t make for you. We did fried chicken, beef and noodles, mashed potatoes, salad, dinner rolls, green beans, Mac and cheese as well as fruit and veggie trays for appetizers and not once did they hesitate with being able to do serve it all. I can’t thank Deb and her team enough for preparing such a great meal for the day!!!
