Nice place to eat, quick service, breakfast is good. 5$ breakfast sandwiches with hashbrowns. Diner style seating and right outside the Hyatt, don’t let the outside fool you

Let me first say that all employees I interacted with were really nice and helpful.
Now to the stuff I didn’t like.
During a Pri-Med conference Expoteria and Starbucks were the only places to eat. Expoteria had very limited menu and it was unable to serve a large group of people in an efficient manner.
The only vegitarian dish I could find was french fries, and since they are fried in the same oil as chicken tenders if I was a vegan there would have been no food for me at all.
The foods available were hamburgers, hot dogs, tacos on wheat tortillas and a salad with chicken. The hot dogs had teal color relish on them.
The cafeteria was equipped to serve greater variety of foods, many hot trays and soup pots sat empty. Additional employees would have also made a difference in the speed of service.

Food was good. The heavy set cook was rude and put this fingers in his mouth before making my food. When I asked for no cheese he shook his head with disgust. He was making it clear that he doesn’t want to work with all the cussing he did; he didn’t want to be bothered.

Paid $42 for 2 cheeseburgers and fries and 2 sodas. This place had a 45 minutes wait. My burger was raw! I went back to the chef and he said he’d make me a new one. Which he did. But then his assistant decided to use a filthy knife covered with a wet rag to cut the sandwich. I stopped him. Cross contamination hazards

One of the most convenient places to eat at cons in the Hyatt – right across from the hotel in the convention center – outside entrance is handy. It’s hit or miss on the wait, typical cafeteria food. Expensive for what you get.

The cashier is friendly and charming, but everything else about this restaurant is the worst you could expect. The bland, stale food comes out slowly despite a very restricted menu, and is overpriced at that.

Breakfast was expensive and greasy. It looked and tasted like it was left over from day before. Hotel breakfast is same price and higher quality.

Mediocre food, poor selection, extremely overpriced, no refills and employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping me.
