I was having trouble finding parking for the Oxford, as I was looking for breakfast originally. I saw this place and decided to give it try since it was right next to the parking area I was able to park at. To my surprise they had vegan options. They also have a special breast cancer awareness drink which I think is amazing. I orderef the mcbluffin and a matcha latte with strawberry+lavender. The person that took my order was very kind and helpful. I really like that they have multiple seating areas, giving more vibe options (outside, swings, casual shush quiet room). I would recommend.

Lady and the Mug is such a charming spot! The atmosphere is cozy and creative, with beautiful decor that makes you want to take pictures from every angle. The presentation of the drinks and food is super cute, and it’s clear a lot of love goes into the details.

It’s a great place to sit, relax, and enjoy a nice cup of coffee. I can definitely see the passion behind the concept, and I’m excited to come back and try more. Wishing this place lots of success!

Very cute place. Offers vegan and gluten. GF Brownies are very good. Seating can be a bit chaotic with people coming in and out, meant to be social which is wonderful. Lots of fun things to look at and smile at.

I’ve been searching for a cozy coffee shop with great coffee and food—and I finally found it! This place checks all the boxes. There’s plenty of seating options: couches by the counter, a quiet back area with solo seats, a quirky swing by the front, and even a high seat tucked into a bookshelf corner (my personal favorite).

The coffee and food were spot on, but it wasn’t just my taste buds that were happy – my eyes were delighted by the décor and aesthetic which I’d describe as an elevated eclectic and inviting vibe.

Whether you’re looking for a comfortable place to read, write and sip, this is the spot. ☕ ✨

We brought a shelter dog we took out for the morning from Humane Society of Tampa here. The two people behind the counter were so nice. They treated Sadie to a pup cup. Our latte, iced coffee, and blueberry muffin were delicious. Thanks again!

Great pastries and teas. The matcha latte had the perfect amount of sweetness and the spices in the chai were wonderful. Staff were helpful and nice.

I was in the area and decided to search for a nearby coffee shop to grab some morning coffee. Lady & the Mug came up in my search, and I decided to give it a try. I was fortunate enough to find parking right in front of the coffee shop, which made my visit even more convenient.

When I walked inside, I was immediately impressed by the cozy and inviting ambiance of the shop. It had a warm, relaxed atmosphere that truly captured the essence of a great coffee spot, making it a perfect place to start the day.

From the menu, I decided to go with a classic Drip Coffee and a Vegan Burrito for breakfast. My order arrived promptly, and I started with the Drip Coffee. It was excellent–smooth, rich, and made with freshly roasted coffee beans that gave it a wonderful depth of flavor. It really hit the spot for my morning caffeine fix.

Next, I dug into the Vegan Burrito, which was equally satisfying. The flavors were well-balanced, and every bite was delicious. It was light yet filling, and the combination of fresh ingredients made for a great breakfast option.

Overall, my experience at Lady & the Mug was fantastic. From the ambiance to the food and coffee, everything was spot on. It’s definitely a place I would return to for both the quality of the coffee and the welcoming environment.

My daughter and I visited The Lady and The Mug for the first time, excited to try the food. We had brought a drink from another place and were not hiding it. We placed our order, paid, and sat down. After we started eating, an employee told us no outside drinks were allowed and asked us to eat outside. Honestly, they could have mentioned this before taking our order. It felt uncomfortable and awkward, and when I asked for the food to be bagged, they just handed it over with no assistance. The food was good, but the experience left us feeling unwelcome. I’d suggest clearer communication upfront to avoid this situation for others.”

I almost never leave bad reviews but I have no idea how this place has such high reviews? The food is just ok and had obviously been left in the display case as my sandwich was dry and overly chewy. I didn’t get any of the coffee because it all seemed like overly sweetened coffes made by people who didnt really know what they were doing.

The atmosphere is designed to be trendy, but all it does is make it seem like a place to take photos of your drink and food then dump it because it’s too disgusting to drink. Very influencer-core. Could be a cute location, but feels like they are trying too hard to market towards people who have a lot of money and little sense. The “no seating without purchase” signs everywhere came across as unwelcoming.

The people behind the counter were trying to be nice and none of this is their fault, but they seemed so busy and untrained even with three people working on a (not busy) Saturday morning. The person taking my order kept walking away during my order to help other baristas even though I was only ordering 1 sandwich?

Overall, if you want to waste your money and feel unwelcome in a stark influencer-branded cafe, be my guest. But if you are a regular person just trying to get sandwich and a coffee, you are better off going to any other local business than this one.

I’ve been here a few times and the customer service is always great and kind. I love how cute the store is. I haven’t tried their food yet, but their drinks are really good. I always come for the matcha with white chocolate. And as a matcha connoisseur, I’m not exaggerating when I say this place has some of the best matcha I’ve had. Literally 10/10
