Never order from this Jersey location on doordash, if you add anything to your sub they never add it even though you pay extra. They make the sub just the standard-unedited version EVEY time.

Jeremiah and Myra were awesome, was looking for food and seen the open sign was still on. Me and my bf hate to be those people but went about less than 20 minutes before closing. Was our best option close to home and so thankful for them squeezing us in, with no fuss.

Stopped in at Jersey Mikes Subs at their Mentone/Redlands location and ordered their #13 “Classic Italian Cold Cut” sandwich on their fresh and tasty rosemary and parmesan bread and had a huge smile on my face after eating it! I washed it down with a can of Stubborn Vanilla Creme Soda
The team at Jersey Mikes is very friendly and courteous evan though they were very busy with the lunch crowd.The line moved quickly so everyone was happy!

This was my first time a Jersey Mike’s, thankfully i went on a downtime because I was really indecisive. The two girls on the shift, Linda and Mayra, were really sweet and helpful. They were incredibly patient and walked me through the whole ordering process.

I ordered on-line and when I went to the pick-up counter, I wasn’t acknowledged by the employees until I spoke up. My order wasn’t ready or even started. This has happened two consecutive times for me ordering online. While I patiently waited many walk-in customers came in, ordered and got their food. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:07, got my food at 12:30. Employees looked to be busy, but not crazy busy. It appears they prioritize walk-in orders over online. I will probably continue to be a customer (for now) because I love the sandwiches, but I will walk-in rather than order online.
