Man, this is the worst mcdonalds EVER!
Theres a bald headed worker that is usually at the drive- thru register who gives off very unwelcoming energy. I only ordered a large sprite, there were only three cars infront of me, and i was sitting in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. I finally drove up to the window and he asks me “what do you want?” Like i didnt just tell him 20 minutes ago what i ordered. Smh they need a new crew working that location, at least the shift they were working. Theyre rude, didnt greet me when i greeted him, his actions were slow, and he just felt snobby.
Man, a 1 star for this location smh.

I went a few minutes before closing (supposedly. Online, it was stated that they close at 11, but to my surprise that only seemed to include the drive through), I was about to walk in to order and all of the doors were already locked. There were still quite a few people inside eating. One of the customers inside got an employee for me, the employee, a heavyset lady with blonde hair and blue eyes, opened the door and rudely greeted me with an attitude full “how can I help you?”. I asked her if they were closed just to confirm, and again, very rudely said “yeah, we are”. She closed to door abruptly behind me as I walked off, no “thank you” or “have a nice night”. There was no need for the attitude towards me, as I asked nothing wrong and I was nothing but polite. In all honesty, I am hoping I do not see her again, as I do not appreciate interactions with people unfortunate enough to bestow unwarranted hostility unto others. Especially when attempting to do something as simple as order food. Be warned.

I got a happy meals for my kids they love Pokémon doesn’t say Pokémon on the apple slices or the milk but your kiosk allows people to buy these items at the moment but not tell the customer that they might be out of the item let alone rather than call the number out your manager just yells out happy meal. What is the purpose of the numbers and the entire time your manager wants to rant about how someone called him a white boy

I hate giving bad reviews but I have to this time. So I ordered a Quarter pounder with cheese it looked good, at the begining as I looked at it… I noticed the meat was half cooked. It still was pink, I attached the picture’s of what was left. I ordered chicken nuggets they gave me no sauce, no ketchup. I was really disappointed

There’s no one at the counter and the kiosk was out of receipt paper. The employees ignore you when you ask for assistance and tell you to use the kiosk with an attitude. What’s the point of having a front counter if no one is there to take orders or offer assistance. Maybe they need more employees in the morning or maybe they need better training.
I don’t expect much from a gas station restaurant but bare minimum service shouldn’t be too much to ask for.

Had ordered four chicken sandwiches and only got three, went back to the drive through, there was a woman in the first window and we told her that we where missing a chicken sandwich and she told us she would tell the guy in the second window. We then drove up the second window and told the guy that we were missing a chicken sandwich and he seemed confused but he took his time to get us a small chicken sandwich. We also saw him swipe his finger near his nose and he did wash his hand, he could at least had some gloves if he is serving drinks and food.

We wanted McDonald’s fries that night so I ordered large fries. Didn’t check the bag when I got it because it was given to me closed. When I got home, this was my “large” fries. Kind of a bummer. Like didn’t even try to make it a large order. Hopefully this isn’t how fries are given at this location all the time. If this is how fries are served, where else are corners cut.

So I woke up early just to go get McDonald’s breakfast with my family this morning. We rolled into the drive thru and the worker seemed to take our order down just fine. However, when we went to the window to pay and receive our food, the man didn’t acknowledge us and tried to send us on our way without our full order. When we asked for our drinks, he questioned our intentions and accused us of wanting drinks that we didn’t pay for. After seeing our receipt, he handed us our two drinks and apologized. That’s not even the main problem. The main problem was that as I was eating my sandwich (all of our food was cold btw), and I found a hair!!!! So disgusting!!! I am NEVER visiting here again!!!

They have the rudest employees and I was literally in line for more than 25 minutes. I couldn’t even get out because there was cars in front of me and cars behind me! This is the third time that I’ve waited more than 25 minutes in line and I keep thinking it’s just a coincidence but no! There’s no reason someone should be in line this damn long. Get it together FR.
