The food is always been mediocre at that store but kinda know you’re at not the best place perhaps I had dry rice two times ago and three times ago they were bottom of the barrel I had to stuff it made my stomach upset, but….
I went in over the weekend and ended Angel I have no idea if he was a maintenance person in order sales person but he acted like a manager and I kind of think he was anyhow, he proceeded to all I need to do is switch out some rice and I want to do it next time I came in he took the simplest situation and had to scold me for losing my receipt and expected me to stew, and I think it was Friday night….
And here comes the worst part. I was supposed to wait until I think Sunday morning and call him and see if he made a decision or not whether he was doing it. I’m chuckling now cause it’s our business and then he said if you did well at first he had to check it with corporate because they keep track of everything so there were no apologies. There was no Care about keeping a regular customer happy And he treated me like a suspect.
He also made it a point to tell me how right she was and wanted me to go through my garbage to find a receipt. I didn’t go in there so much don’t mean my face, but you know what angel gave me the worst service that you could ever given unhappy customer And insulted me to very high degree thinking that if she decided he was gonna switch something out then I would drive right over there and get a pint of rice
Anyways, my stomach was starting to turn because I was so upset so I put in my first review but I’ve gotta say that according to him that’s the way the train is really poor management and I think the guy might have issues and I don’t want any more contact with panda express. I recommend that nobody goes to any panda express now Because I feel desperation and I’ve had multiple occasions of bad food but good customer service now he had to tell me how right he was so call back and said he could keep us 250. I don’t know how my bill got 1750 either but….
The bonus is I just got a letter from Google. I’d reviewed another sandwich shop maybe a year ago or less I said it had 30,000 views so it should be well. Read and I advise anybody if you’re thinking of getting that kind of food I would avoid panda express completely I don’t trust them, and I have really bad feelings about this Angel person and I have no trust in their qualities standards and if he even tries to contact me or get close to me, I will call the police because something is wrong for somebody to treat somebody like that

I would avoid them all no other restaurant in the valley that would’ve blown it the way he did and it’s done issue. I’m glad it will be well. Read and he’s right. You do things certain way, but you don’t care about a customers unhappy don’t know how to handle it and your food is mediocre and have a nice life
