My kid that was 8 years old. Beg me to go to get the limited edition Olympic plush. After reading the reviews I was 50/50 on going. After further thinking about it.. I went to the location in Fairfield. When arriving staff members immediately greeted me. The people in the staff was excellent, nice, very perfessional & kind..I order 2 meals & had the Ice tea non sweet..Excellent chicken hot & lightly salted & juicy. Fries was hot lightly salted which i like.. I don’t care too much about getting more then I can eat.. But. I do get people saying they wanted more fries for the value .. But for me it was perfect size serving & the Bread was toasted perfect & the sauce was excellent I get the hype about cane’s sauce!!! Definitely be back to this location worth it a try indeed!!

This place is like ordering at a college cantina. It’s loud and the person running the register may have been trained yesterday but they are getting by. The vibe is like retro cringe. Food is excellent, just make sure your order is right.

Friendly staff and quick drive through. My wife and I were not impressed with the quality of the food. I would say the fries are similar to my high school crinkle fries. Our chicken breading was falling off and not too tasty. The bread that came with it was really nice though. I would say this restaurant just isn’t something I would be interested in returning to.

Lame. Ordered online 9/30/2025 for curbside pick-up (crew delivery). Waited 25 minutes no food so I walked in. No customer ordering, noticed to-go bag at the counter. Told the guy curbside pick-up. He gave me the bag I saw sitting at the counter. I told him I ordered for curbside pick-up/delivery. He said, oh yeah we’re short-handed and I’m not suppose to leave the cash register. I thanked him. Mind blown! Lame, why even have the option for curbside?! The curbside parking is in view of the cash register and my car description is on the ticket. 5 seconds to deliver. My fries and chicken were soggy. Lame, lame, lame. Do better Raising Cane. $40 next time WILL be spent elsewhere.

Nice experience overall, fair prices, good portions, staff were pleasant, efficient, and went above and beyond, especially for a fast food / fast casual concept.
Minor gripe was the giant fan right above our table which made our food cool off rather quickly.

I wanted to give a shout out to Dayloni, on the Cane’s team. They were very attentive even right outside the building. Kindly asked if I needed assistance when I was struggling with crutches and a horrible ankle pain to make it through the door. Whole time I was in the restaurant they made sure I was taken care of and I even had the food brought to my table and they took care of throwing it away after. Great customer service, Dayloni made my visit a great one. Thank you !

They’re way overpriced, and the chicken isn’t as good as it used to be; they’ve definitely lost their charm. Tenders tend to become soggy in the box during the journey home. However, their Texas toast and house sauce are still quite good.
