Food was very tasty and service was excellent. Can’t wait to try more of the less English dishes! Salt and pepper prawns not very spicy but had lots of flavour. Pineapple fritters sweet but not too sweet so they are perfect! Would definitely recommend

Best in Lancaster. No more needs to be said! However, one of the best traits of the Fired Wok is the consistency of their food. If you order the same meal on a second visit you know it will be just as good as the last time. I have never had a bad meal here and would recommend it to everyone.

Best to avoid if you have any dietary requirements. We were encouraged by their website saying they can cater for special requirements, and stated we are vegan when ordering. Person on phone didn’t know what that meant, but someone else took over and we explained again ‘no egg or dairy’ and felt assured they understood. Unfortunately the rice visibly had egg in it. We took it back and they made us a new one – we asked at that point if anything else we had been given wasn’t vegan and it turned out another dish wasn’t, so we got refunded for that. The other dishes were nice, but obviously not ideal to have had to go back, and definitely dangerous if you have any allergies, despite what the website says.

I am Chinese and I accidentally came across this place this evening. I ordered grilled dumplings and fried rice. I must say everything was fantastic. It is definitely the home taste for me!
