We’ve always been a fan of ramen and everything Japanese. As Asians, we have been trying a lot of Asian restaurants since we moved here. This place is very clean and has a warm atmosphere. The food did not disappoint. LOOoove the tonkotsu broth and the calamari which were super crispy. The price is reasonable too. Servers were very attentive and accommodating. We’ll definitely comeback to try their other food.

This is our favorite sushi bar in Spring Texas. I’m sooo glad we found them. The fatty tuna is melt in your mouth. Love the atmosphere. No tvs. Sophisticated and comfortable. We typically sit at the sushi bar. The chefs and wait staff are pleasant and welcoming. The sashimi is our favorite. They have a wide assortment of rolls to choose from that it’s hard to make a decision.

Great place for good food. Our waitress was very friendly and informative. She made a great recommendation for the chicken curry ramen. The lunch special bento box comes with lots of delicious food at a very fair price. We also got the New York roll which was spicy tuna and avocado inside and fresh salmon on top. Listen to me, the food at Koto is simply amazing, a solid 5 stars. Literally every dish we ordered was fantastic, featuring unique flavors that stood out on our palates even after having dined around the world. We highly recommend starting with the Albacore Crispy Onion, Rainbow Usuzukuri, and Koto Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice. For rolls, the Cowboy Roll and Texas Roll were excellent, and the Sushi Deluxe and tempura were also top-tier. Everything was so good it was hard to pick a favorite, and the extensive menu means we can’t wait to go back and try more dishes.
Chef Shawn truly has some serious skills. The sushi was prepared perfectly, with every roll or nigiri prepared just right with the balance of ingredients creating a flawless tasting experience. The dedication to quality was evident in every bite.
But let’s not forget the service which was a highlight of our visit. Our server, Sunny, was a joy—very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. If you visit, def. ask for Sunny and tell them the ColeFam sent you! Sara, who we believe is the owner or manager, was a huge complement to Sunny, and their seamless teamwork made for a fantastic service experience.
The restaurant itself is well-lit and provides a very nice ambiance. It could easily become a favorite for weeknight family dinners when you’re too tired to cook, or a perfect spot for a date night.

Sooo good!! The restaurant was very clean and looked warm, welcoming, and relaxing for lunch. We were the first ones in the door. Most sushi restaurants have dim lighting but I really liked that this one was well lit (the lights didn’t cause headaches though, to clarify). The waitress was wonderful! She was very attentive and had great advice about the menu, taking into consideration the best deals and most popular items. The food was so delicious! I expected to not eat everything because there was plenty but I surely ate it all with a content smile on my face. I’ve already made a date to go back with my bestie for lunch again. We’re so excited for round 2!

A couple of weeks ago, I got the chance to check out this place and honestly, it deserves 5 stars! The food was amazing — totally worth every penny. The service could use a little improvement, but the flavor made up for everything. I tried sushi, ramen, and another dish I can’t remember the name of, but it was really good!
