Stopped here to try the pizza and it was fantastic. Large dining room section for eating. Plenty of TVs to watch sports on. Conveniently located off the interstate. Great specials. Definitely planning on stopping by again.

A great place to go for Friday fish. It’s right off the interstate so very easy to get to.
It’s family owned and they do very well at keeping it feeling that way. The staff is extremely friendly and the crowd is very local. They make you feel right at home.
The menu has all the right comfort foods and the price is very reasonable.
I had the bluegill fish dinner and it was cooked perfectly. Crispy and no fishy taste. Something I never had before was their bulldog potato. It was the most perfectly cooked potato I’ve ever had and it will forever change the way I cook my potatoes. lol. I know it’s just a potato but being 41 years old and discovering a new potato is pretty amazing.

Update: food is still good, we did get one bad service. Ordered onion rings that were so over cooked couldnt eat them. But on the whole not bad, last we went the soup was watered down, possibly from condensation and opening lid drains in..but my biggest complaint is we had to eat with our jackets on. Very cold in their “dining room” and too dark. Hard to see the menu. Unfortunately we wont be back for awhile, i prefer to be comfortable when i sit down to eat,not freeze. My husband and son love the whitefish. They offer deep fried, lightly breaded and baked. We prefer lightly breaded fish, not soaking in oil and its so good. They have a large dining area, quick to take order and food come out fast. Friendly staff that clear your dishes away as they pass. Very clean. Prices are comparable to anyone else.

You can tell its a little older of a place… but well kept from what we seen. It was a father, son duo and a sign on the door said they are short staff so glad we randomly picked this place to meet up with a friend, cuz I’d say its a hidden gem and I’d eat there again! The dad was a great bartender! Never felt that I needed anything because he was on it! The son made some really good mini tacos, and deep fried cod!

Service is slow. We sat down at the bar to order drinks and food. We waited for 15 minutes, before a other group sat at the bar. They had drinks with in a minute. We still had nothing. Finally had to tell the bar tender we want some service and pointed out that we had been there for a while. No apologies given. Told my neighbor about this and they said that they had similar experience. The fish fry was very bland, little favor. The shrimp and scallops were good.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I definitely had to for this place! We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon/evening, was a laid back and comfortable atmosphere with pretty much all regulars. I’m not sure if it’s different other days of the week though! My boyfriend and I got pizza and cheese curds, oh my GOD is the pizza good! The dude in the kitchen must be a magician??
The bartender was very attentive and checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed when she could. She was very kind, and you can tell she does her job well! Would definitely come back 10/10.

The restaurant serves Mexican food now and it was fabulous. We had the chicken chimichangas and shredded beef enchiladas. It was great! The chimis were just the right crispy. The refried beans and rice were also very good. And the air wasn’t blasting so i had to freeze all during my meal. Perfect! We will be back!

Fish fry good skip the fries go for potato salad, skip soup also. Service was slow but they warned you with sign on door. Waitress very good and attentive. Drink prices very good.

Really good Friday menu, reasonable prices, & spacious dining room along with friendly efficient wait staff. We visited early Friday evening around 5pm & they had immediate seating. It was a really nice dining experience & we’ll definitely make Bubba’s one of our favorite dining spots. Thank you Bubba’s owners & staff!
