Prices are a bit steep for what you get. I ordered a Grill Cheese with French fries. The French fries were outstanding but the grilled cheese was just average..
The restaurant has a nice look inside and I would think welcomes a trendy crowd but I was the only one in the restaurant.
Cool restaurant with plenty of drink options. Tried the poutine and the Pow Pow Shrimp, and it was delicious. They’ve also got a good selection of drinks, beers, and wine.
Kudos to the great service, too. We never had to ask for refills, and she kept checking on us during dinner to make sure everything was tasting good.
With that being said, OMG, Tri- Cities finally has a fine dining restaurant with amazing steak and service!!! There is a saying, a good steak doesn’t need any sauce and I can say that was a fact with the ribeye I ordered. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection. My wife got the chicken pasta and wow was the sauce creamy and rich with flavor. Hands down the best place to eat in the tri -Cities, I can’t wait to come back and try everything else.
The drinks were perfectly made! The Beignets were fluffy and melted in your mouth. The sauce they were paired them with was unreal, I can’t wait to share them with my little ones!
I really hope this place stays around for a long time, the Tri-Cities really needed a place like this.last but not least, wow, the staff was on top of it, I haven’t had good service like this in a long time. It really makes it easy to tip when the server is kind and attentive. Thank you so much for your service and recommendations, you made our date night memorable. My belly is full and my heart is happy, thank you!
Overall, this place is a nice dining experience. Plenty of libations. Nice decor, very cool lighting. Might go back to try different menu items.
We sat in the bar, at this point service was awesome. I ordered whiskey and an appetizer (calamari). Both drink and app were delicious.
Ordered the Hyde burger for meal and it also was very delicious. Actually, one of the best I’ve had.
I will definitely be back. Hopefully they’ll be a welcoming committee next time.
Loved the large selection of local brews on tap! And the cocktail ingredients sounded great with great liquor.
Started with the truffle spinach artichoke dip to start, it was tasty (creamy, lots of spinach and artichoke but the truffle was lost) but definitely runny and probably didn’t need the bread crumb topping. The serving portion could use less dip to focaccia (we ended up ordering extra focaccia).
Ordered the steak frites (delicious rojo chimichurri) and prime ribeye for entrees. Steaks were cooked to our asking, but not sure if our knives were dull or if the cuts were lower quality but they were hard to cut. Steaks could have been seasoned better for sure.
The frites were greasy, tasted like potato chips, and a poor “melt in your mouth” quality. The frites were also not hot when set at the table.
We had a great server that was knowledgeable on the tap list, shared her experience on the menu items that were most popular, and provided a great service overall.
Overall, disappointed to spend the amount we did on the tab but hopeful that with better quality on the cook and ingredients, it could be worthwhile.
