Made my $45 order 15 minutes after I set a pick up time. By the time I got back to my job I couldn’t even eat anything I had ordered for myself and coworkers. Called, asked for a refund was told “that’s not gonna happen, I have a lot of customers I gotta go.” Then hung up on me. Worst service ever. Only put 5 stars so this comment is seen.

I want to say the minute I walked through the door, I was impressed, I was greeted by staff with a hello, she finished up with her costumer and followed through with waiting on me while her co worker was waiting on someone in front of me. She was personable and was very impressed with the service I received, rarely do you find this anywhere now a days, before I left , I asked the young lady her name. Jennifer was her name. I wish more places, more workers would adapt to this is how a costumer should be treated. Jennifer if your reading this never change your values. Sincerely Rhonda Fraser

Oh my God definitely the best Subway sandwich I’ve ever had and not only have i been an employee for them before, I’ve been eating their food since I was 13 years old and I’m 50 now. That’s right, older than dirt. Nice to know that they’re still good value in the world sometimes. Thanks david!

They had dine-in and were friendly. This would have easily gotten a five star had the drink machine been in working order. I tried literally every drink from their machine until I settled for Coke. Almost every drink had extremely low syrup ratio, almost like seltzer water. Refillable drinks are what do it for me, and this pretty much ruined my experience.

I am really disappointed with the littleton subway. The gentleman that was the manager who was amazing and friendly and brought customers in is no longer there. I was told he was fired. what a shame he was the best. The store is now like a morgue no one is friendly they dont smile and everyone has a attitude. I normally order around 10 catering platters when i do and i wont be doing so this year. The subs are poor quality and the staff is skimping on the protiens and veggies. Its not worth the money to go there and its a shame i have been going there for 20 plus years. The new manager that wheres a pink subway visor is rude and doesnt respond to customers when they walkin and rude while making ur food. I heard her say shes the district manager. Maybe she needs to be retrained in customer service. I honestly feel that the owners need to bring the store manager back that was there 2 to 3 months ago. If they do that i see the store being successful again. i would have given no stars but thats not an option so i had to give a 1 star. Either fix ur management or close the store.
