Ordered the steak & cheese sub. Very little meat and a ton of onions in it. Bread was so soft, everything squished out of the sandwich when bitten into. It took 15 minutes to get my order. Not impressed with this place at all.

This is probably one of the better firehouse sub locations. Ive never had a bad experience from here in all my visits. They stay pretty busy so if you’re impatient take your patience pill lol. The meatball sub smashes subways by a country mile. So if you’re a meatball sub person i highly recommend it.

We ordered through Grubhub for delivery. We ordered two Italian subs, but with different toppings. Not Firehouse’s fault, but the delivery arrived over an hour later than stated at the time of the order. Cold food is not good.
Upon opening the order, we discovered that the two sandwiches were identical, despite ordering them differently. In addition, we ordered pickles and different cookies. We received two of the same cookies and no pickles.
I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to read instructions and follow them. This seems to happen at nearly every restaurant I visit.
I absolutely appreciate our food industry workers, as they have a very tough job and we all rely on them regularly. I just don’t understand why following simple directions is so difficult. I just wish we could return to the days of excellent customer service and when people took pride in their work.
