I have been trying to reach your store by phone, but your staff keeps hanging up on me. The pizza I received is completely unacceptable, especially considering I paid over $20 for it.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will initiate a chargeback with my bank.

Staying in town tonight on my way through and the clerk at the hotel recommended Andy’s. I took a couple menus and ultimately decided to order here. I ordered the chef salad and meat lovers calzone for delivery to my room. After placing the order, I looked up the reviews and was starting to regret my decision. Thankfully, I just crossed my fingers and waited. The wait was very short as the food showed up 15 minutes quicker than promised. When I opened the bag and box i was amazed! Both looked amazing and tasted even better! I hate that a handful of bad reviews always seem to make it to the top, but they are no reflection of my experience! A++

The customer service at this place is terrible. If they don’t actually want to do their job, what are they even doing there? I called to place an order, which arrived incomplete. I called again to ask why I didn’t receive my order as I had requested, and the person who answered was very rude. I really don’t recommend this place; the customer service is awful, and they have a terrible attitude. We are the customers, and we are paying for their service. I would like to know who the owner is so they can be aware that the people working there are rude and ill-mannered.

Ordered delivery here tonight for dinner, the thin crust pizza came saturated and soaking with oil it bled through the box it came in. I ordered clam strips and got a box of overcooked calamari instead. The chicken parm sandwich my husband got was passable but not the best quality.

As a lifelong Westie, I love all of our local pizza, but I have to say I love my Andy’s Margherita the most. Ordered tonight and kids are super happy with their cheese and pepperoni pizza, plus the cheese garlic bread and fries, which are bomb! Fast delivery, too. Will always come back here!
