Food was great, employees that were in uniform were great. However I’m assuming the bigger fellow with the cane that was not in uniform but has access to the kitchen is the store manager or district or owner he was playing video reels at full volume in the lobby which is super obnoxious. But that’s not even the worst part after he was done annoying everyone in the lobby he goes back to the kitchen and starts messing with stuff with out washing his hands first!!! YOU LITTERALY JUST GOT DONE MESSING WITH YOUR GERM COVERED PHONE DUDE. THATS DISGUSTING.

I order frequently because the food and deals the app offers are always worth it but my frustration is the inability to get the orders correct. Failure to read the screen properly. A prime example, I ordered 2 Hawaiian Punch drinks with no ice. They tried to hand me 2 root beer drinks and then huffed and seemed upset when I questioned it. Secondly, just today I ordered a 5 piece meal with 3 legs and 2 thighs. I got the opposite and this same associate tried to hand me a regular size drink when I ordered a large drink. The food is always hot and delicious but these small mistakes are just getting to become a nuisance.

I’ve given this location several tries and it’s the absolute worst Popeye. All of our food was cold tonight. They didn’t give dark meat like asked and chicken thigh I did get was smaller then the chicken leg. Never going back!

Had a wonderful experience at Popeyes on opening day. I decided to eat in since the drive thru was extremely busy(It was the grand opening after all). My food arrived in a timely manner. Overall happy to have a new option in Marion.

This was the cleanest Popeyes I have ever been in the whole store was very clean the people working there were very nice and helpful with my order and my sister’s order too I will be back at this store for sure . I live in hartford city and my chicken was still hot when I got home and that’s about a 30min . drive from Marion everything was delicious and very good so thank you Popeyes you have out done yourself hands down the best chicken . I just wish you all had livers and gizzards too .I’ll see you soon .

This is a review of one thing: Popeye’s Flounder Sandwich.
Popeye’s is known for chicken, so when I saw “Flounder sandwich,” I didn’t have high hopes. I don’t know if this will become a regular item, or if it’s just for Lent. But it turned out to be pretty tasty – about all one can reasonably expect from a flounder sandwich. The breading is slightly spicier than the average breading; I reckon that’s the Popeye’s touch. The only improvement I might suggest is to ask customers how many pickles they want on their flounder sandwich.

I was really upset when I got home to eat my $5.00 Mac & cheese to see only about a 1/4 cup serving. I know times are rough but come on that wasn’t worth the money at all.
