Waited a few minutes at the counter to be greeted.
The “check your order” sign is at least half stupid. It is first and foremost the restaurant’s responsibility to ensure order accuracy. Don’t try to push the onus and the blame onto Dashers.
The “reward program” sign is too small and curled up for anyone who would care to be able to see it or read it. One piece of tape or putty should fix it right up… or in this case, left up…
The receipt (not pictured, unfortunately) was so faded as to be barely legible. Apparently, according to staff, receipts have been low on ink for more than 3 or 4 months, if not even further back. Unacceptable.
The lemonades didn’t even fit in the cup holder that staff tried to set me up with, and barely fit in my car’s cupholders. Again, embarrassing. Either sell narrower cups, or get drink carriers that fit the cups you sell. Maybe both!
I think that was everything I noticed and experienced during my brief visit. Til next time, best wishes!

This is the first crawfish Ive had this year. I was super excited seeing how the season just started. These were easily the worst crawfish ive I’ve ever had. They tasted like they had been sitting dead in bag for a week before they cooked them. I ordered the lemon pepper and garlic butter flavors. Couldn’t hardly taste either flavor. They dont actually use butter, its just yellow oil… 10/10 dont recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Cajun Crab & Shrimp in Waco! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and lively, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal or a fun night out. The food was absolutely delicious — every bite packed with flavor, fresh, and cooked to perfection.
I especially want to give a shoutout to Maria for her incredible service. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole dining experience even better. You can really tell she cares about the guests and goes the extra mile.

Laid back atmosphere with a juke box you can play music of your choosing.
The service was slow and food was bland.
We found out later the two wait staff were also serving as bartender and hosts.
The cook was not the usual cook.
They brought me the wrong entree and it took a bit to replace it.
We are willing to try it again, but this being our first experience here, we wouldn’t return if the staff did not share what was going on behind the scenes.
Hopefully they hire more people soon and improve the overall taste of the food.

My mom and I stopped in during happy hour and it was a pleasant experience. It had a unique ambiance with Tejano music. The food & drinks tasted great and were fresh. The service was absolutely superb. We want to go back soon.

Quick seating. Friendly waiter but slow service for checking back in with us. Drinks were good but it took a little while to get them. The food was delicious. I had a catfish basket and it was good. There was a TouchTune music system so you can play what you like by buying credits. Despite the slow check ins, We’ll be going back.

Absolutely love this place! Came here for a galentines and had an absolutely fun time! Isabella was our server and she was so nice. Checking in on us every once in a while to see if we needed more drinks. We did miss an item on our order but she was so quick to fix it.

Got a seafood boil and it was ok, a little too much salt. The service could be better, got different waiters who didn’t know what was ordered and a lot of miscommunication which probably had to do with the music being so loud! Could barely hear the person next to me and when order the food. The atmosphere is there I suppose but maybe turn the music down a smidge so orders come out right!
