Love Pizza City! We used to go to the Kissimmee location, but ever since the St. Cloud spot opened, we happily drive all the way from Brevard County. And when we’re working in St. Cloud, Pizza City for dinner is a MUST! Thank you for the great customer service we truly appreciate and love supporting this local small business so much!

We’ve been going to Pizza City for 30 years and have NEVER been disappointed! We enjoyed the Valentine!s special yesterday. I had the baked spaghetti and my husband had the manicotti. Cooked to perfection. House salads and garlic breadsticks were delicious also! Service as always friendly, attentive and prompt! Can’t wait to go back!

It looked very nice walking in. We were sat at a booth that was so wobbly it was taking paint off the wall. We were reseated and the server was super nice.
I ordered the teriyaki wings, they were so chewy I couldn’t even pull them off the bone. The French fries were very over cooked but I was hungry so I ate those.
My daughters salad looked like it had been sitting a while and was wilted and discolored. The spaghetti sauce was so watery and flavorless.
The side of bread was doughy and undercooked but had the oven grit all over the bottom.
My husbands spaghetti was over cooked and the sauce was also watery and flavorless. The creamy Italian on his salad tasted soured.
I witnessed the dishwasher handling dirty dishes and immediately handle clean dishes without changing his gloves or washing his hands. The pizza maker would come in and out of kitchen touching multiple surfaces and carrying bins then touch people’s food. Another lady in the back was not wearing gloves as she kneaded the dough but kept touching multiple surfaces and her face throughout. This was all witnessed because the doors to kitchen were open.
So many people rave about this place and I was so excited to try it but was very disappointed.

I heard this place gets a pretty good lunch crowd, so we decided to go in at 1 PM, just after lunch curled. We were quickly seated, beverage orders were taken, and promptly brought to our table. Our server took our order, and our food arrived quickly there after. Our food was hot fresh and ordered exactly as we requested. There was absolutely nothing I would’ve changed about it The food it was outstanding. Plenty of handicap, accessible parking as well as regular parking. Large spaces restrooms, in fact, the entire dining room is very spacious lots of tables, and lots of booths. I would 100% recommend this restaurant.

Worst food I ever had . The wettest pizza ever and the most blain sausage and steak subs ever . I will never go back . Server just blamed it on the fact that the chef must have forgot to season the meat first . Probably the poorest excuse ever . I don’t really understand how you forget to season meat , but I guess to each their own . My wife and I felt so gross after eating here . We attempted to each eat a slice and half our subs , but threw up the minute we got home . Don’t order subs or a pizza with veggies .

Price great pizza crust crispy good no tomato cheese flavor I added 3 meats taste bland. I’m not bashing yet may need to not skimp on a couple ingredients. Needs more flavor. I ordered the Family Special—20 wings, a 16” cheese pizza, and a 2L Coke—and unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The pizza instantly brought back memories of soggy cafeteria slices from school… and not in a good way. It didn’t taste fresh at all. As for the wings, I couldn’t even make it past the first bite—they were that bad. I ended up tossing them. The only redeeming part of the order? The 2L Coke—and well, that didn’t require any cooking.
Definitely won’t be ordering again.
