October 1 at about 8:30 p m I ordered a bean burrito at the drive through. At the window I was told no charge. Thinking it was a random promotion , when I got the bag said to the girl, must be my lucky day. Other employees came and looked out at me and thought it a bit odd. Started eating the burrito and I thought they put glass in it because the sensation was it crunched. Upon examining it , it was undercooked or not cooked at all rice . I felt so foolish that someone would do this to me I just left and didn’t complain. I can’t trust this location, charge or NO charge. I looked to see if I could email management first to no avail.

on my most recent visit I dined in and experienced another issue but whenever I addressed the issue the manager was sweet enough to remake my food herself with what definatly tasted like all fresh products and not gonna lie it seemed like she may have hooked me up. but I told her how amazing the remakes tasted and gave her a personal tip, wasn’t much cuz I don’t keep cash on me but much better experience this time around for sure!

I was absolutely disgusted with this experience today, everything that I paid extra for didn’t have ANYTHING I paid extra for on it. the 2 soft tacos with extra meat and cheese had regular amount plus some sprinkles of lettuce that was not requested. the beefy melt burritos where supposed to have the most to it and they had nothing I asked for. this place is a joke, If they didn’t wanna provide the extra stuff that I paid for just be honest with me and tell me that you’re lazy so I didn’t have to waste even more money and I wouldn’t have asked for it. so angry right now.

Jasmine, who decided to insert herself when I demanded my money back after waiting for 40 minutes for food, told me she hopes I choke. She also told me if I wanted my money back, I should have asked at 20 minutes instead of 40. They refused to give me my money back instead of making the food. If I could give 0 stars I promise I would. As I enter my home, my food falls all over the floor. Why? Bc the bag was so filled with grease it ripped the bottom of the bag. I am absolutely disgusted with this location. My tacos are drenched in grease, they’re inedible. I understand fast food is ran mostly by teenagers but to hand out an order like this, this is the fault of poor management and lack of training. Do better MP Taco Bell!
