This is the second time I visited and it was as if the atmosphere was completely different.
The first crew was extremely nice and personable. The second crew acted like they couldn’t keep their minds on the task.
The food was good and fresh. I had The Mexicali the first time, it was Really Good. The Philly steak and cheese last time was pretty good.
Give them a try, we didn’t have to wait in line. Service was moderately fast.

Will never come back. Got a sub, asked for salt & pepper at the end and the woman just dumps pepper all over my sandwich. It was so much even she said “oooohhh” and hesitated like she didn’t know what to do. she didn’t offer to fix it, just folded it shut and thought I wouldn’t care. She knew she made a mistake and did nothing. It was absolutely disgusting. Eating out is a luxury and she single-handedly ruined my food and made the money spent a waste. The line is almost out the door so asking it for it to be remade is out of the question. Horrible.

Horrible customer service, I asked for a number 3 and the person making the sandwich rolled his eyes. He mumbled and seemed annoyed the entire time I was getting my food. He took his gloves off and threw them to the trash 3 times and each time he missed and just left them in the floor. My order wasn’t read back or clarified to me so I ended up paying for a foot long churro that I never asked for or said anything remotely close to rhyming with. All staff members had such a bad mood and tone that we didn’t want to even eat in the restaurant. I really enjoy subway but I’ve tried to many times to eat at this one and have had a bad experience every time.

Had to call the store as a delivery was not delivered to me. This store wouldn’t answer the phone and I had to call door dash and have them connect me to this store. The girl that was representing the store on the phone was COMPLETELY AND ABSOLUTELY RUDE! She refused to answer questions about me getting my money refunded. Acted angry that I wanted my money refunded. Refused to give me any information about what time to call the manager the next morning, what the managers name is, and just acted like I had ruined her day. Here I am, now out nearly $70 AND having to find something else for my kids dinner. So disappointed and disgusted with the kind of rude and hateful behavior I was given… Please just don’t go to this location in boaz, al at the roadway inn hotel.

This Subway was packed out, the food was amazing!!!! Fresh vegetables, I actually ate the tomatoes and I don’t eat tomatoes anywhere. This establishment was so clean, even though it was packed out. My favorite Subway location hands down highly recommend!

I don’t like walking into a store and hearing a manager and another employee are talking about another employee. This is very unprofessional and bad for business. Danielle more is expected of you when your in management. Ashley it’s not pretty at all for you talk about anyone. I won’t be back.

Worst customer service ever…. employees were rude and acted if I was being an inconvenience to them. The cashier didnt even acknowledge me, she turned her back to me as I was paying with debit card. She grabbed another employee and proceed to pretty talk about me all because she wasnt sure how to ring up a coupon. I’m pretty sure she was talking about me. As my card finished processing and receipt printed she was still conversing with the other employee. I had to get my own receipt and napkins. That was the worse experience ever. I’m sure I will not be returning.
