This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts when it comes to friendliness towards the customer. Every time I go to this one a majority of the employees look miserable, especially the guys. Not friendly at all they don’t even say hello or goodbye. this proves my point yesterday late afternoon the young man took my order through the drive thru mind you no hello welcome to Dunkin.. i get to the window again no hello or any communication whatsoever just tells me the total. He gets my order and gives me my muffin in a bag with no wrapper around it just thrown in there and gives me my coffee but then forgets to give me my donut. He does all this with no eye contact, just stretches his hand out the window and doesn’t even say goodbye. I leave there and realize he never gave me my donut. I then had to go all tge way back there and when I said you forgot to give me my donut he just hands it to the other kid.. no apologies, no nothing.. pretty sure he had glasses with a gote. It’s people like this who should not be working in customer service or maybe go for training in customer skills. This is why I try to avoid going to this particular Dunkin. The workers at Dunkin on Watertown Ave across from Marios are always friendly and know how to interact with their clientele.

I go every day @ 5 am. They staff is always nice, even when being overwhelmed by the typical CT Karen’s that would complain even it was delivered to them in the bed. The AM crew, hustle, usually with just 2. Sometimes mistakes happen. That’s life. My problem is with the behavior of the other customers. If you think being a huge Karen to them is going to make them treat you like Queen Elizabeth, you either don’t live in 2025-26, have possess the reasoning traits of a 13 yr, or are just a KAREN.

The consistent issues with customer service at this location when it happens seems to be coming from the top at certain times. Some of the staff members are friendly enough, but clearly there’s a lack of direction and quality of service, even when the shop is practically empty.
I ran into the manager here for the first time and this person named Shawna seems to have a huge chip on her shoulder. I was shocked at her lack of professionalism, to say the least.
To get into specifics, I was waiting awhile for my order and she finally notices me as if she’s never seen a person ordering at the counter before. With an edge to her voice, she asks if I ordered or I’m waiting for someone to take it. I plainly said, “Yeah, I’m waiting for someone to take my order,” then out of nowhere she snaps and says “Yeah, well I’m asking you if you need someone to take your order or if you’re waiting for it to come out.” Are you kidding me, who’s the customer here? Instead of giving people a hard time, why not just take the order and not place doubt on your level of competence?
As expected, I never received an apology or a even a customary thank you at the end of our transaction. I don’t know if this person was not raised right or simply lacks professional training, but the concept of everyday manners seem to not exist in her vocabulary. For a manager to behave this rudely reflects poorly on this establishment and I cannot recommend this location unless Dunkin’s district leadership addresses the abysmal lack of customer service, including those experienced by other reviewers here.

I ordered a medium, regular, coffee with, 4 caramel, and 4 cream, when I was halfway home I tasted my coffee and it taste like DARK ROAST, so, I turned around and went back to get a remake. They remade my coffee with no problem. Again, when driving I tried my coffee and now it has PUMPKIN in it and not caramel. Like, how many time can one place mess up one order. I just tried calling and no answer, go figure. This place SUCKS!

Horrific experience at this dunkin donuts. Our food seemed as if it was thrown into their bags and boxes. I’ve been here a few other times for its convienance, but now I will drive across town to the next one.

Says open @ 4am and it’s currently 4:30am, I was rudely kicked out by worker stating they were not open but yet doors unlocked and sign on door hours say 4 am… place needs an overhaul of the workers as they didn’t care about me just standing at the register for over 5 minutes, until I was rudely kicked out!!! They rather talk about drama they had over the previous weekend…. Change your hours on google, Yelp and sign on door if your not open nor ready at the time YOUR POSTING….. THE WORLD CAN’T RUN OFF DUNKIN, IF YOUR WORKERS CAN’T HONOR YOUR WORKING HOURS!!!!!
