NO COUPONS ALLOWED…EVEN THOU THEY CAN SEE THE COUPONS

After being a regular customer at this Subway location for approximately a year and purchasing large & small orders, today I found out the store can see coupon deals on my reward membership accout but the store could only pay out cash options but n o free footlong sandwiches could be redeemed at that location . Come to find out, I have 6 free 12 inch footlong subway sandwiches in the rewards system but I can’t redeem a single sub sandwich at this location (1333 N. Delaney Road, Suite 200, Gurnee, Illinois). Now what kind of mess is this?. It seems the store doesn’t want to loose product but it’s product that I previously paid for…AT THIS LOCATION. Needless to say, today was my last visit at this location because in the past, I’ve purchased well over 12-15 footlong subway sandwiches in one visit, on several occasions, but now I can’t redeem a single footlong that’s listed in the Subway rewards system…MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. It also seems like ownership changed and in came new rules. So customer can go to this location, just don’t expect rewards to be honored…especially free footlong sandwiches

Absolute horrible place dont come here wouldn’t recommend it to anyone…Came here Monday September 22nd at 7:25pm. Worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced in my life won’t be back and highly recommend if your reading this to not come here either.

Ok get ready for this ill try to make it quick!

Food: got me sick for 2 days, i got the tuna and i can only assume they do not know how to keep there food fresh, ironic that there slogan is “eat fresh”
Store: is humid, probably why there food is growing bacteria at a rapid pace. I would usually give a store a second chance which i did! Yet to be let down again.
I think an overhaul check/quality control inspection needs to be more thorough.
They’re ruining it for other subways that are truly keeping there food fresh.

Place makes a fairly good sandwich but when a franchise refuses to take any coupons whatsoever that turns me off. In todays economy the customer really appreciates coupons and that has a tendency to draw me to those locations. This location is now added to my never go to again list of subways. Only because of the coupon issue.

It’s a shame that we receive advertisements every week in the mail with food coupons from Subway, but when you try to redeem a coupon, the store is never participating. They want our business but don’t want give anything back to the community. They’re not participating, well we ain’t either. Smh

I ordered the Cali fresh wrap. He did not tell me I would be charged for a footlong. The container they put the meat in was not filled to the brim like it is supposed to be. He also did not tell me they were out of the fresh Mozzarella which is the whole reason I wanted that. The bacon was stacked on top of each other. All the Avocado was in one place, he sprinkled the salt all in one spot. It was folded terribly. I wanted spinach but it looked horrible. After we were done eating, a couple of the guys laid down with their heads on their backpacks, and were on their phones. The lady says you can’t sleep here. We said they aren’t sleeping. She says this is a restaurant, how do you think this looks? We are out in the hot sun from 10am to 4pm. They were just relaxing on our lunch break.

Come here almost everyday. Never opens on time, and when they do eventually open they don’t have anything ready, So I’m stuck waiting for them to get everything ready for the day. Im on a time crunch so sometimes i can’t wait. They should just honestly change their hours or take their job more seriously. Very nice lady just really bad service.

Being the only person in the store I thought it would be quick. I ordered 2 6 inch sandwiches and a footlong it took about 10 minutes for the only employee working to fill the order. I could have ordered, gotten my food and eaten at McDonald’s in the same amount of time it took for my order to be made here. Not coming back. Hire employees that move faster than a sloth.

I always come here because it’s the closest to my husband’s job. We love Subway but the worker there is super rude! If she don’t like her job or the people then she should work somewhere else.simply as that! Next time I’ll get her name and report her.
