Rude staff, awful service, and the drinks were all made incorrectly, including the drink that was repeatedly requested to have non-dairy milk for a customer with a dairy allergy.
That kind of negligence actively harms customers. Would not recommend or return.

After placing my order at the drive thru, the first thing I said was “wow that employee was so nice”. Then, I was sitting and waiting for my order and two other people walked out talking about how nice the employees were! Definitely recommend this location for great customer service and a friendly atmosphere 🙂

My neighborhood Dunkin. Stop here every morning, and my order is never messed up. Everyone is nice, and the drive thru is super efficient. Even with longer lines it moves very quickly in the morning.

We were greeted as soon as we walked thru the door we ordered our drinks and some donuts!! It’s was 1:30P I have to say I couldn’t get over how CLEAN it was from the counter to the tables and condiment area!! The employees were so nice our drinks were perfect. When I arrived, no customers inside or drive thru. Employees in back, making me wait 5min to take my order. After taking my order made me wait for my sandwich as he took care of drive thru, 4-5 cars… Bad experience with employee, still good coffee
So unfortunately I work just down the street from this location. Website says they close at 9pm on the door it says 8pm so tell me why when I show up at 7:30pm they are all buy closed down. No sándwiches select few coffees, minimum donuts. I dont get it!!! Looking for options, this place is horrible.

Coffee was good, but the service was pretty bad. Felt like the staff wasn’t paying attention. Maybe they were having a rough day? Anyway, the coffee saved the experience for me.

Wow! I go here almost everyday because I know I will get the best customer service, no errors, and the best of what Dunkin offers and leave with a smile! They are the quickest and on point compared to other Dunkin’s. The one I previously went to would be so inconsistent that I would have to see who was working and check the coffee before I drove away! The morning manager and crew are so amazing! I am going to be adding there names to the post when I go so they can get credit! This place needs to receive an award feom headquarters!
