I had a mixed experience at this Korean restaurant. The spicy and sweet dumplings were way too sweet for my taste. I also tried the shrimp and soft-shell crab ramen, but unfortunately it had a weird smell and an off taste, so I wouldn’t order either of those again.
On the positive side, the fried kimchi teriyaki dumplings were absolutely the best , a total winner , so delicious! The kimchi beef fried rice was also super tasty and full of flavor.
The cucumber kimchi was served as a complimentary side and it was really good, but when I asked for a refill, the waitress said it was out. Overall, the atmosphere was nice and pleasant,

I was pleasantly surprised by Sinabro! The food was very tasty and the cocktails were delightful. There was a bit of a wait for the food but we were happy to enjoy our appetizer (dumplings) and cocktails. The servers were hard at work and everyone was so friendly. We shared some bi bim bap and the kimchi fried rice, both were great! I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the kimchi fried rice!
I’m happy to see something move into this lovely space and I hope they’re successful. It seems like the kitchen does a robust take out service as well. We were in and out of here in about an hour – before heading to the summerfest grounds for a concert (a lovely walking distance for events there!). This might not be the place to go for a rushed order, but we thought the pacing and food were perfect for our needs. We’ll be back for sure!

We love Sinabro’s food and I have been there many times. When dining in, the portions are ample, which is good because the prices are not cheap. We were SO DISAPPOINTED though when we got our delivery order last night: the delivery portion was about half the size you’d get at the restaurant. A real bummer!! The image below, showing half-empty delivery containers, is how we received the food. We’ll go back, but be cautious with your delivery expectations.

A surprise find for us. This restaurant inhabits an old building with numerous attempts to fill this space. I hope they get it right! Food wait was a constant theme for many reviews. Happily, we experienced the opposite. Food was timed PERFECT. The spicy teriyaki was spicey but enjoyable. Our app was flavorful ( small beef and pork dumplings ) especially with the accompanying sauce. Opportunity for me was asking for a fork, knife and salt with pepper ( only if needed after tasting ). Me and chopsticks are an useful as swinging a styrofoam bat at a 90 mlp heater..Seeing our waitperson on her phone seems to be the world we live in..attending service overall was very good. We will be back..

I was excited to be trying Sinabro. Every time I’ve been by, it’s been busy and it always smells good. We hit it at a great time as we were the only people there when we arrived. We were greeted immediately and got our appetizer order in. It took about 15 minutes for the appetizer to arrive, which wasn’t a big deal for us. Our waitress didn’t check on us again until right before our appetizer arrived, which was when we were finally able to put in our dinner order. (The staff had been sitting at the bar the whole time. It wasnt busy, they were just enjoying the calm before the dinner storm.) Our dinner came out within 10 minutes of ordering. The waitress didn’t really come to check on us much after, not that we needed anything, but a water refill sooner would have been appreciated. The bill was around $120 for 3 people without alcohol, so we did think that the cost was a bit higher than the value received. That being said, it was good and worth trying!

The food is presented in a non traditional and delicious style. Everything we ordered tasted great and our server was very attentive. The restaurant was also very easy to lounge with family for dinner. For Korean cuisine, this is much better than Maru or other Korean restaurants I’ve dined at.

10/10 in every way. Incredible service, atmosphere, food and drinks. For my first time here, I had the steamed kimchi dumplings and spicy chicken teriyaki. Let me tell you, that was a very difficult decision as the entire menu looks fantastic. I’ll certainly be back to try more of it 🙂

Went to Sinabro last night and I can’t even begin to explain how amazing my experience was. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I was very warmly greeted and escorted to a beautiful table. I was given amazing recommendations and was checked in on throughout my meal to make sure that my experience was perfect. The food is so good, and the portions were huge! As someone who was visiting Milwaukee for the first time, I’m so glad that I went and I can’t wait to go back!
You have to get the Dok Bokki and the ramen dishes (the kimchi banchan was the perfect addition)

This was our first time dining at Sinabro. Upon arrival, we were kindly greeted by staff and given a nice table. We came on a Thursday, so it wasn’t too busy on the inside. You would think this would be a plus because the wait times wouldn’t be too high for food or drinks. The staff seemed to care more about chatting amongst each other than paying attention to guests, and we feel as though we missed out on a better experience because of this. The ramen tasted like instant ramen and was definitely not worth the price, even in the city. Would have appreciated better service and less watching our server linger at the bar the whole time.

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time cause we heard this place was rated one of the top 5 favorite places to eat at in Milwaukee. Everything about the restaurant was amazing! The theme and atmosphere was vibing so well especially at night time! Our food came out an hour late due to many dishes we had order but they were so kind and amazing that they gave us dumplings on the house for the wait on our food! We both really appreciate that so much!! We’ll definitely come back again!
