First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

This was an awesome spot for breakfast. The staff was super friendly and attentive. We has The Benedict with salmon and classic hash. The salmon was spot on and the hash was great. Next time I will order with the million dollar bacon instead.

We are not from the area but we really enjoyed this place. This will be a go-to breakfast spot when we are in Tucson. My wife and I ordered their Elevated Egg Sandwich and the Monterey Club, both sandwiches were delicious, the bread was soft but still crunchy and it had the right amount of everything. We also shared an order of their seasonal Strawberry Tres Leches French Toast and I was glad we did, it had every note of flavor that you would get from the cake with the strawberry flavor, and the french toast was fluffy, it wasn’t hard or mushy. Monique also did an excellent job on checking in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything.

We stopped by after a soccer tournament at nearby Kino Sports complex and have to say I was thoroughly impressed with their food. We also tried some of their seasonal pancakes and they were fantastic. I will definitely try another location by my house.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible service and care I received during my recent visit. From the moment I walked through the door to the time I was seated, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.
This location is spot on they are sweet they dnt ask you every 4 seconds do you need something they let you eat and there you go they are sweet and very kind to children as well
During my visit, I experienced a sudden drop in my blood sugar due to my low glycemia. I mentioned this to the manager, explaining that I was feeling lightheaded and needed food as I was unable to drink orange juice. In no time, I was kindly served a meal and my drink, and I felt so much better after eating. Your attentiveness made all the difference.
The food, as always, was phenomenal. The recipe never fails to exceed expectations, and I’m consistently impressed with the quality and flavor at both this location and the one on Grant. My children also love the food and always finish their meals, which is a rare treat!
From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank your entire team for the love and care you show from the moment guests walk through the door. Your hospitality and the consistently outstanding food make First Watch a place I will always cherish.
