PSB specializes in Clean Eating (less processed), GF, Vegan, Raw/Organic (as much as we can), Paleo, and Keto – utilizing local ingredients, when available. We will often substitute refined white sugars with coconut sugars, sucanat, raw turbinado sugars, date sugars, stevia, agave and raw, local honey. Development is under way for diabetic options utilizing stevia. We strive to avoid as many processed chemical laden ingredients in our baked goods. Come taste the difference!

My husband and I hired Purely Sweet Bakery last month to create our wedding cake (a cutting cake and sheet cake) and we were very happy with the results! It was absolutely delicious and beautiful! I’m a vegetarian and wanted to be sure that the cake did not have any animal ingredients in it like gelatin or bone char. Purely Sweet Bakery is one of the few places in the Dayton area that specifically offers vegan and gluten-free options. Our cake was for a small wedding with 48 servings and we were really impressed with the size, quality, and value. It’s hard to tell from the photos but the portion sizes were quite tall and generous! We still have several boxes of leftover cake we’ve frozen to enjoy again in future months. So many people were asking me at our reception where we got the cake because it was so delicious. It was also really easy to work with Dawn at the bakery. Very clear, friendly, and prompt communication throughout the process and they even delivered the cake for us, which was one less thing to worry about. I highly recommend Purely Sweet Bakery and can’t wait to visit them again to try their other treats!

My wife and I got married in December 2024. She is allergic to dairy and gluten, as were a number of our guests. We went to Purely Sweet to order an assortment of desserts for our reception, and we were BLOWN AWAY. Everything, and I mean everything, was amazing. You would never know that it was gluten and dairy free. They also added extra touches to match our wedding aesthetic without our asking. We will be loyal customers for a long time to come, and we enthusiastically recommend Purely Sweet to anyone who will listen.

Absolutely LOVED the GF/V pastries! We got several different ones and shared them with a bit of champagne, and it was really nice. The desserts are moist and sweet! I didn’t take a picture of the brownie because it was SO GOOD I forgot the picture haha so here’s the empty box! My sig other found this place and it’s all gluten free. He brought me home this brownie and it was 10/10. Didn’t even taste gluten free it was just so good. He said they were so nice and I will be back so soon.
